This recently renovated apartment has a king size bed in the master with a memory foam mattress and tufted headboard. The guest room is set up the same way with a full bed. The kitchen has been renovated with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker. A washer and a dryer are located in the guest closet.
The tv in the den has cable and internet apps including Netflix, Amazon and Watch ESPN.
There's free wifi for your convenience. I provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer, toilet paper, and enough laundry and dish washing detergent to run a coupe of loads.

Summary: This was a perfect option for our son for the month before his apartment opened up. It was close to work in downtown Mobile.

Summary: Great apartment for what we needed. We were in Mobile visiting family and on the go to local beaches, NOLA and Fl. There's a nice vegan food truck and park (with skateboard park) across the street. Everything is nearby - downtown Mobile, museums, food, bars, stores, gas stations. For the location it wasn't very noisy. The owner was very communicative and promptly addressed questions/concerns. We never had any worries. The property is clean and quaint - it was just what we needed. Thank you!

Summary: We stayed about a month, and even would have extended but was already rented. Owner was always available. We would definitely stay here again in future however we are actually buying a home here. If you want a small cozy place to stay check it out.
