Summary: The property was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. The house is tucked in a picturesque neighborhood. It was a perfect reprieve from the noise and bustle of New Orleans and the Jazz Fest fairgrounds, yet close to stores and local dining. The house was very clean, comfortable, and inviting for my family of 6. We loved the openness of the layout, the bathrooms, the seating in the living and dining rooms and the amenities were great. The beautiful backyard was an oasis in itself. Our host Mark was awesome from start to finish. Access to the house worked seamlessly and detailed instructions were provided for access to the wi-fi and television and various streaming services. Mark was in close communication before, during, and after our stay and we simply could not ask for a more attentive host. He made wonderful recommendations and anticipated our every need. This was absolutely the best VRBO experience we have ever had and we would not hesitate to stay at this lovely spot when we are in town again.

Summary: Check in was smooth and easy the house was very clean and sited our needs. The washer dryer and off street parking were a definite plus. I would stay again at Mark’s place when in the area.

Summary: Great property. Very clean. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood. Host touched base to make certain everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We had no issues but are confident he would have been responsive should we have needed anything.

Summary: I can’t say enough about what a great home this was! My family, consisting of 4 adults and one 3 year old had plenty of space! The house was immaculate and we had everything we needed for the week! The fenced in backyard was great for the baby! The host was awesome, allowing us to check in earlier than expected and was very accommodating the whole week! The location was perfect! We felt safe and had everything we needed within a 5 minute drive from the house! (Especially the snowball stand to beat that Louisiana heat!!) Will definitely rent this house again!

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay!! The location worked out great as it’s near shopping centers/restaurants, and etc. Getting to New Orleans takes about 30 mins and with traffic about 40 mins which isn’t too bad as the drive is a straight shot. The home is as advertised! It’s clean, comfortable, up-to-date, quiet neighborhood, nice size back yard and tons more positives. The host, Mark was awesome and easy accessible if we needed anything. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again when visiting the area.
