5 Bedroom House in Centennial, Burlington

Welcome! Ideal for long term stay! New ethernet hardwire access in all rooms, wireless access on all three floors, new wireless printer, multiple washers and dryers.
A Premier Downtown Burlington location across the street from UVM, three blocks from the hospital, walk to Downtown Burlington, the Waterfront and also walk to Downtown Winooski. New to the market with updates and remodeling just completed.
Master suite has its own private living room and bathroom, mini refrigerator with bottled water, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with several choices of K-cup coffee and tea.
On the second floor all 4 beds are very comfortable and have new hotel style mattress pads, sheets, blankets and comforters. Basement bedroom also offers a very comfortable full size bed and has new hotel style mattress pads, sheets, blanket and comforter. All 4 bedrooms on second floor have new 4K TV’s and new air conditioning units with remote controls to custom set for individual bedroom temperature. Wireless printer on desk in the hallway. The living room has two new air conditioning units, and the dining rooms has a new air conditioning unit to cool the first floor.
A Special Bonus – the living room offers a custom Bose surround sound system with 30 Bose speakers strategically installed around the ceiling for use with the 65” Plasma TV and for the 90” drop down projection movie screen. This system is ideal for a movie, live music or a sporting event and gives the feeling that you are at the event you are watching.
The sunroom has a queen size hide-a-bed that is pre-made for easy use, all you need to do is open it and it is ready to go with sheets, blanket and comforter; pillows are under the side tables for easy access. The basement exercise room has two twin cots made up with same bedding as the other beds.
The sunroom also offers a TV, musical instruments that include guitars, keyboards and a drum machine. The dining room offers a piano for celebrations with your family and friends.
The kitchen has new appliances; a new refrigerator with an ice machine, Jenn-Air for indoor grilling, Keurig hot and cold coffee machine, waffle maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and a crock pot.
The screen porch has a TV with table and chairs, outdoor lawn games and sports equipment. Outside is a brick patio with two 10’ x 10’ pergolas, a new gas grill, two sets of patio table and chairs and a patio sofa setting. Inside the garage are 10 bicycles with helmets; 6 adult size and 4 children size. The finished basement offers a family room with a second Bose surround sound system, a TV, record player, vinyl records, board games, puzzles and an exercise room with a TV.
Kampus Kitchen - the local convenience store is across the street with some of the best custom made sandwiches in the area throughout the day, a great selection of early morning coffee and custom made breakfast sandwiches.

Summary: Paul was awesome and super communicative. He also left literally everything we could’ve possibly needed for our weekend - tons of towels, coffee, water, so many snacks. The house is also incredibly clean and comfortable and well maintained.

Summary: Paul was so helpful and gracious! The beds were super comfortable. The workout room was fun. There are so many great bicycles! Walking distance to so many things! We rented it for the total solar eclipse and Paul allowed for an extended stay since there were no renters before or after. That allowed us to miss all the insane eclipse traffic and to have more time to process the amazing experience. Fun art work everywhere. Paul was very responsive to any questions I texted him. We are so pleased with our experience. Paul, Burlington, and the home itself are so welcoming and conducive to a large gathering. Highly, highly recommended!!!!

Summary: My family (all adult children) spent Christmas at the Leclair house. It truly was a home away from home. The house came loaded with most everything you could imagine and a few things you couldn't. I had a last minute Christmas present that needed it's wrapping fixed and found scotch tape in the computer desk - you are not going to find scotch tape in another VRBO home! The house had lots of extra toiletries and Keurig Coffees along with real half and half, which saved us a trip to the store. The bottles of wine in the fridge was a nice touch too. There were lots of games and movies and enough guitars to keep Jimmy Page happy. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The property has everything and more that one could need. Many bedrooms, bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice sheets, plenty of towels, and lots of washers and dryers to help make a week with a family of 6 comfortable. And air conditioning on those warmer days in the summer. We were greeted with many snacks water and wine. The location was very close to UVM. We even were able to use the bicycles one day. The host is very responsive to all needs before we arrived and after. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Summary: Very well-equipped accessible house in location perfect for all kinds of activities. We had a great time visiting and enjoying all the area and home had to offer. We chose it for the accessibility features and were not disappointed. My mother used the stair climbing lift easily and the accessible bathroom on the first floor was great. Will definitely look to rent again when staying in Burlington with a group like this!

Summary: We had a great time at the Leclair house. Not only was the location perfect for walking to downtown Burlington, but the house was clean and the decorations were fantastic. Paul was such an accommodating and helpful host. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Burlington and would recommend it for any large groups going to the area.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay! The house was even better than we expected and filled with tons of things, like an I-spy book :) Just a quick drive to downtown Burlington (Ubers were under $10) Paul was extremely communicative and a great host! Loved the amenities and snacks the house came with. Would absolutely come back and recommend this house to others!
