It consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them en suite, 3 bathrooms and balconies, fully equipped kitchen, backyard with barbecue, garden furniture, equipped with air conditioning in all divisions.
Inside you will find dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, electric oven, 2 40 '' led TVs, coffee maker, blender, ironing board and iron.

Summary: Our annual trip to Manta Rota, was as wonderful and relaxing as our previous trips. We chose this villa because of its location, and we were not let down. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and extremely spacious with three floors. The outside area was well furnished and included a great barbecue. It was ideal for a a full on evening meal or a few glasses of your favourite tipple late into the evening. Once we have sorted out some dates for next year we will be contacting the owner for what I hope will be another competitive price.

Summary: Excellent experience. Perfectly situated and clean. Very nicely decorated with everything we needed for our vacation. Air conditioner in one bedroom was not working and not repaired during our stay but overall an amazing rental property.

Summary: I stayed 6 weeks in this Amazing house - I am a writer/blogger and I often stay longer periods abroad . This is the best house I ever rented. It is very nice decorated.. lot of space and has Everything you might need. On third floor a big room where 6 people can sleep.. which was great when my son an his friends came to visit. Second floor with two beautiful bedrooms, comfortable beds, own bathrooms and balconys. First floor.. great kitchen... TV room with comfortable sofa... and a terras outside with plenty of space, big grill and outdoor shower. Three Big screens TV. AC. I hade guests came to visit me and they were all impressed by the house. When I came everything was 100 % Clean. Houseowner is a great person, very nice and serviceminded. The Company that take care of the house have their office just round the corner and they were amazing serviceminded... they arranged with taxi.. pick ups at Airport... when I had problems with ourdoor shower they came and fixed it after less then one hour. They were there for you all the time. House 100 %.... service 100% and location also 100% !! Just cross the street we had access to the pool. And 200 m down the street.. the beach started. A great beach. Just 50 meters to grocerystore.. where u can buy everything... butchers.. cafés and restaurants and all in walking distance. You do not need a car - you will manage just fine without. I recommend this house to big families...and also for two smaller families.. and to single persons like me.. who want space and who wants to invite guests. I will for sure rent this house again when I am going back to Algarve... impossible to find something better .. and you get a LOT for your Money !!
