Positive: I can only echo the comments of previous guests. Casa Daniel was a lovely place to stay, made even better by the hospitality and generosity of the owners, Joao and Sylvie. Nothing was too much trouble.Picking oranges from the garden for breakfast was wonderful.The pool was warm and a good size. A quiet location with a lovely beach nearby.

Positive: We were met by João and Sylvia who own the property and live next door, so assistance is less than a minute away. We had a great tour of the lower villa and facilities. There are orange and lemon trees in the garden and we were able to pick some during our stay. There are bikes available, but take tools for adjusting saddles and for a little maintenance as they are not in the best condition. Excellent communication with João on WhatsApp. There is a very well stocked local supermarket a short walk towards the beach, which is also a short walk from the accommodation. The location is great! To be honest, the beds were a bit firm for us, but that's to do with personal preference. Great supply of hot water and lovely rainwater showers. Very handy having two shower rooms. We hired a car and on the key fob for the vila is a button to activate the electric gate to the drive. Excellent secure off road parking. Being so close to the N125, it is super easy to find and surprisingly very quiet. Highly recommended and you couldn't wish for better hosts. ♥️
