Positive: We felt very welcome from the moment we stepped out of the taxi at the car park to the very last minute we boarded our transfer back to the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and smiley. A special shout out to Eva who managed to get us a breakfast box to take on the trip in less than an hour! The hotel itself is very cosy and clean. It is very quiet during the night, providing exceptional sleep (mattress and pillows are also very comfortable!). There is a little gym on the site with treadmill, dumbells and multi-use rack. There is also a massage room, bar, pool table and restaurant. Live music is every other day and a shuttle to Virgin beach three times a day. Food and drinks are of the highest quality and tasty. Hot drinks are available through the day alongside a complimentary cake between 3pm and 4:30pm daily. Turning to the villa, it is spacious, with plenty of storage space, big bathroom with shower and two sinks, with toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion topped up regularly. There is also safe, fridge and kettle, with tea and coffee. Slippers and robes in the wardrobe, and beach towels. The furniture is modern and good quality, the hotel looks very boutique throughout. There is a lot of greenery and beautiful ponds with plenty of fish which are very well looked after. The hotel is secure and the area is very safe to walk around anytime.

Positive: The property is absolutely gorgeous and has amazing views. The staff is so polite and always ready for assistance. Inspite of language barrier they communicate well.the breakfast is delicious too. Overall a perfect place to relax.

Positive: Everything, the staff and location were fantastic only a small resort but first class service. My mother unfortunately had a turn at breakfast and needed an ambulance, staff organised Everything and a car to follow, excellent caring people all around.🩵
