Summary: This is our second time staying at Quartz Cottage. It's just big enough for my wife and I plus our Labradoodle. With my wife having to use a walker all the time there's just enough room for her to maneuver inside and only a single step to get outside. And the fenced in yard is a plus for letting the dog outside. We can visit friends in the area without imposing on them for a bed. We will be back.

Summary: Stayed while at the Carving retreat like others. Two of us. The second bed is a pull out in a bedroom but same comfort as other bed. Lots of snacks, coffee and essentials for a stay. Didn’t cook, but all the stuff is there. If you are there in winter, turn on your heaters in the room. That’s your heat.

Summary: My 2 adult daughters and I met there for some time together! My daughter who lives an hour away has two very small dogs and I picked this place because it had a fenced in yard! The yard was very secure! Downtown was a short walk!The neighborhood was nice and quiet! The kitchen was well equipped and they provided an assortment of amazing snacks to enjoy! We highly recommend this place the host was incredibly helpful and every detail was thought of and taken care of! This is a great cottage for any family looking to have quality time in a quiet neighborhood and adorable decor and amenities! Highly recommend

Summary: Hi, this was the cutest little home in the cutest little town. Sure would love to live there actually. I came home thinking I'm gona organize and minimize all my stuff because I really liked how they had it so tidy and uncluttered but they had anything a person would need, I believe. Very clean and comfy! I loved that they mixed antique stuff with artsy stuff too. I hope to be back one day! I want to explore that area more and take a friend or family member or two also. No complaints. Mona
