Summary: We stayed one night for a high school fishing tournament. The property was perfect for our needs and the owners allowed us to rent for one night on short notice. Great place and very convenient to multiple boat ramps. Thank you!

Summary: We had evacuated patients from the hurricane and the owners gave us safe harbor. Wonderful experience and the property was a welcome retreat.

Summary: We had a group of 6. It was adequate for us. Melissa and Rene were easy to work with. However we were told we would have a spot to park the boat and it wasn't very accommodating for that. The house had an odd odor so we had to wash everything immediately when we got home and the outside was not kept up well so sitting outside wasn't really an option. All the furniture was broken and tons of wasps and the lawn when mowed wasn't bagged so piles of grass everywhere. So with all that said it was an eclectic cute little house and they were super flexible on check in and check out. Overall it was a nice place but could use improvement

Summary: The Little Tim’s Inn was a great place to relax after a long day on the lake. My sisters and I stayed there while the rest of the family stayed at another rental. The place is clean and the decor gives the place an at home feel. Check in and check out were super simple and Melissa did great answering all of my questions. Its was hot over the 4th of July weekend and the AC worked great. The road leading directly to the house is unpaved so mind your tires. Overall a very nice place to relax near Lake Livingston.

Summary: The perfect house to enjoy while spending time on the lake. Nicely decorated, convenient to the boat launch and restaurant. Full furnished....just walk in and enjoy it. Fenced in yard with tables and chairs outside for relaxing.

Summary: We stayed eight days at Lil Tim's Inn and enjoyed everyday. The lake house was great. Very nicely decorated and comfortable large sofa and mattresses. We had fun playing board games in the large family room while also getting a nice view of the lake. Kitchen was great for family time preparing and eating meals. Our hostess was great and made sure we had everything needed for a great vacation. We will definitely come back to Lil Tim's Inn.
