Positive: Travelled from Australia. Great location. Beautiful views. Hosts were very quick to respond to calls and messages. Very accommodating to let us add an extra child at the last minute. Bedrooms on one side, living on the other. So if some went to bed early it was quiet down the bedroom side. Quiet and had most of what we needed at the time of visit.
Negative: Could have been a tad cleaner. - Food in cutlery tray. We rewashed all the cutlery in the tray and the cups and bowls we used. - On emptying the kitchen bin liner, there were chunks food stuck to the bottom of bins. - No sufficient area designated for rubbish disposal outside. Bins/Bag outside were already full on arrival so had to stack our rubbish from our stay on top of rubbish already there. Just felt uncomfortable leaving it like that. - No dryer onsite at time but later informed upon ringing that the dryer was away getting serviced. This was inconvenient as there was no clothes line on premises. They did have one clothes rack, but on hanging our clothes, the clothes and towels were stained with rust from the clothes rack frame that had been left outside. They did offer to pay for the laundromat which was nice but the purpose of choosing the accommodation apart from the price was the washer and dryer for the amount of people staying. Tried hand washing the rust stains out but unfortunately they didn’t come out. - Not sure if it was previously used as a show home, as the bathroom and toilet doors had no locks that we could find. That was abit awkward at times.

Positive: Beautiful new home, warm, and great views. Nice and roomy for 4 adults and 3 kids, and still room for more. Kitchen well equipped. Loved that the bedrooms were well away from the living areas, which created no disturbance to one's sleeping at night and having a sleep in Parking would be tight for 3 or more cars Hosts were very accommodating and very fast at responding to messages
Negative: Cleaners had not left enough towels for the number of people staying. Some rubbish bins in bathrooms hadn't been emptied from previous guests
Summary: Perfect family retreat or Perfect for a few couples
