Summary: The hotel is in good condition. The rooms are big and comfortable. I would suggest two improvements: 1. There are 3 elevators 1 of which was not working. So people had to queue up to 10-15 minutes just to go to the room. Probably extra elevator might help. 2. The hotel is in the outskirts so there is no restaurant/bar nearby. The hotel bar closely around 10 If I remember correctly. It would be nice if closing time could be extended a vit

Summary: Nice pool, kids activities, lots of kids, not walkable at all. Front desk service great, dining staff - ok- we had a bad experience at dinner but breakfast was fine. AC was not strong. Made it difficult to sleep.

Summary: Service and front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffett was delicious and very good quality. On the other hand, bathtub was very high and made it difficult to get in and out, somewhat dangerous. I wish swimming pool was open up later in the day. By the time we returned to the hotel in the evening, it was already close since 7:00 PM. Overall, it was great!

Summary: Hotel was clean and late check in went all good. Only issue was we stayed 4 of us in total in room (2 adult and 2 children) but only provided 2 bed. One bed wasn't comfortable at all and the blanket in one bed was for single person.

Summary: there was no AC in the rooms and the staff there tried to convince me that this is the Italian law to shut the AC in October, although i didn't find any law saying this. Moreover, they asked me to open the window despite my room was in the 6th floor and there is not safety film installed in the windows. I had a picture for insects that are on the window from outside. Also, the staff don't speak English and even some of the signs in the rooms are translated incorrectly. I asked for one extra pillow, they brought me an extra towel.
