This home is fully renovated and everything inside in brand new. Including all the mattresses and bedding.
There are 3 large bedrooms plus a spacious living room area where you can use an air mattress in addition to the sofa bed that is currently there.
Also, 3 large spacious full bathrooms designed very upscale.
2 Large Samsung Smart TVs in the house.
Fast eero Wi-Fi 6 latest models and highest speed Wi-Fi set up through out the house.
Private terrace located off the top floor.
Large kitchen stocked with anything you may need. Also lots of different types of glassware and dinnerware all picked out with a lot of thought and care.
The entire house was designed with a lot of attention to detail.

Summary: This property is exactly as described and pictured. Communication was great and very helpful. They do need to upgrade the coffee pot. It's very small. We had 6 people and had to make multiple pots every day. I'm just saying that for a condo that sleeps 11, according to the listing, the coffee pot should accommodate the same. I wish there had been a little bit of Christmas decor in the condo, but other than that it was exactly as expected. Very Happy!

Summary: The pictures do not do this home justice. It is gorgeous and so nicely decorated. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved the neighborhood - so many nice stores within walking distance. Will absolutely book again.

Summary: Not our last stay - great / fast communication with owner - easy check in - late check out possible - supermarkets around the corner and Lidl / Aldi within 15-20 min - subway station to local train (5-10 min) to express station 10-15 min - travel time to manhattan 30-40 min - nice kitchen with all the basics - clean / spacious apartment - very comfortable beds - perfect for up to 6 people - 2 big TV’s (one in master bedroom, one in living area) We would book this apartment anytime again for ur stay in NY This apartment is one of my favorites regarding apartments we rented in the US so far.

Summary: Overall our stay exceeded expectations. Our decision to stay here was mostly an economic one as getting hotel rooms in Manhattan for our group would have cost us about 25-40 percent more than a VRBO in NJ, Queens, Brooklyn, or the Bronx. The comfort, cleanliness, and functionality of the property definitely lived up to its billing. There was a helpful review from an earlier stay about the neighborhood and its diversity. That helped set our expectations to a realistic level. We loved its proximity to the subway, were able to find free parking nearby, and loved the energy and vibe of the neighborhood. It felt like I was walking on the set of Sesame Street. It was a terrific experience for our teenage kids. We felt safe walking to and from the property day or night. Therefore the location exceeded our expectations. The host was very communicative once we got close to our scheduled dates. All communication was via text messaging and efficient. The host was also willing to work with us when we realized we needed an early check-in.

Summary: The place looks just like the photos. They have everything you need plates, glasses, pots, towels, etc…Just be prepared to walk up lots of stairs. The neighborhood is very lively. The only complaint I have is the bugs we keep encountering.
