Listing is for ENTIRE house - 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen... entire outdoor areas.
Special 2-Person Only Rate, If there are only two persons coming.... Special offer for only 2 persons can be made for just the upstairs area, which would include, Master Suite (Queen Bed), Living/Dining Area and Kitchen area, plus the entire outdoor space. The two additional twin bedrooms would be kept closed.

Summary: Stove and oven not working and leaked propane. Refrigerator and freezer not working. Dishwasher not working. No internet. No microwave. So we were unable to heat or chill our food. Locked out of half the house. Everything old and rusted. Manager and owner were apologetic and nice. Not a reasonable place to stay. Sorry.

Summary: We had a great vacation at Moon Water. Jo and Paul were always helpful leading up to our stay and Karin took over when we arrived. The view is stunning and the outdoor living spaces are tough to beat. The ocean is breaking at your backyard and the breezes are flowing in. The house is very comfortable as well. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Summary: The property was amazing, romantic, and private. You felt that you might be the only person on earth. Open the doors and listen to the waves right outside.

Summary: The house was great, very clean and had a great view. Some of the furniture could be improved, specially the outside (some screws sticking out of the wood, etc. Which is to expect with the weather). Overall it was a fantastic stay. Everyone involved was super happy to help all the time and it is well located but be sure to get a car if you want to visit the sandy beaches (beaches by the house are very rocky).

Summary: Comfortable, well-appointed, and with killer views on all of the many decks. The shore-side palapa was pure heaven. Property manager Karen provided us with tips for where to go, what to see, who to meet. We’ll be back!

Summary: We had the privilege of staying at this wonderful home. Jeanette was wonderful offering help and guidance during the entire transaction. It has all that you will need for a wonderful family vacation. Be sure to wake up for the sunrise and stay up to see the star cover at night. Coming from Michigan, I thought our stars were intense., this location is the best I have ever witnessed. the multilayered decks make for wonderful areas to gather. We will be back!!!!

Summary: My husband and I booked Moon Water On the Water for our 2 year anniversary in November. We were looking for something nice and secluded and we got it! The house was perfect for the two of us. We especially enjoyed the large decks, the beautiful tall coconut tree right outside our bedroom. We were able to reach the coconuts atop the deck. The wind is so constant from the Atlantic we rarely used the a/c and let the screen doors do the job. I certainly miss falling asleep and waking up to the breezes and sounds of the Atlantic. The lower level deck is enclosed with Bahamian brush which provided the perfect secluded hangout with friends with comfy outdoor seating. The walk to the palapa was so tropical and jungle-like opening up to the beautiful dark waters of the Atlantic. We enjoyed many cocktails here in the evenings. Jeanette and David were the best hostess and host you could ever imagine! We were even privelaged to accompany them on their boat to Exuma’s chat and chill pig roast. We enjoyed great adventures that day and we felt so welcomed. We will definitely be back with friends to Long Island, Bahamas! Car rental is a must in order to witness the beauty and diversity of Long Island.

Summary: We had a great time staying at Moon Water, David & Jeanette were great and very helpful, The house was very comfortable with great A/C, and the Ocean breeeze kept any bugs at bay when sitting out for drinks in the evening ! Perfect getaway - Thanks for everything David & Jeanette!

Summary: I do rely on what others have to say about a given property so I appreciate when someone takes the time to share their experience. Since the house was blocked out for a week, I did not want anyone curious to think a No Review meant a Bad Experience. Unfortunately, we had an illness in the family and were unable to attend but.... we have several friends who have stayed on different occasions and loved it and we now DREAM of being able to get there soon. So, this will truly be our dream vacation until we get to make it a reality.
