You won't find any commercial venues (McDonalds, Subway, nightclubs) but you will find incredible natural attractions and cuisine that is caught fresh that day as you live the Bahamian lifestyle.
Once you arrive in Exuma, you are greeted by beautiful white sand beaches. The property is just over a mile from the airport, and once you clear customs you are minutes from putting your toes in the sand, and soaking in breathtaking turquoise waters, or relaxing overlooking the ocean by the infinity pool.
The Exumas are a pristine group of islands surrounded by amazing aqua blue water, known for their beauty, fishing, and mild temperatures. The night sky, without city lights, is endless.
The property is family friendly and minutes from Georgetown, where you will find local shops. North of the resort is a Greg Norman golf course at the Sandals Resort.
Don't discount the value of having our full time on-site property manager to assist you with your vacation in a foreign country. Norm and Tina do an amazing job keeping the resort in top condition and our guests love them.
The local Bahamians are kind, courteous, and respectful. The island is home to restaurants and bars of an ever-changing variety. Each time you visit there is something new to discover. We are happy to share the names of our preferred boating and fishing guides to make your vacation unforgettable.
Georgetown is about a 45 minute plane ride from Miami International and Ft. Lauderdale, 2 hours from Atlanta and 150 miles south of Nassau.

Summary: We had the best week on Jimmy Hill! The location couldn’t have been any better. We had 7 that stayed and the size of the home worked so well. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all! We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This was our third year, and this property continues to exceed expectations. The location is unbeatable, with stunning beach views and easy access, and it’s perfectly situated near the regatta site. The layout fits my family’s needs perfectly. Summary: The property was the perfect location for our stay in the Bahamas. It’s close to the airport and in the middle of the island, making drives to the different beaches accessible. The space is well maintained and as described. The outdoor area is everything a family can hope for on vacation; picture perfect view of the turquoise ocean, the large infinity edge pool, large outdoor space and patio with large dinner table. It was the perfect home away from home.

Summary: Our family of kids, spouses and grandkids (Ages 1-15!) completely enjoyed our stay at the condo! What a real gem. Tom the host was amazingly welcoming and responsive, even answering our questions months in advance of our stay. The unit was perfect for our needs. The accommodations are generous and met our needs well. The place was clean and spacious and well-kept.The family REALLY enjoyed the pool, along with the seaside setting. This unit is in the center of the complex and sitting on the lanai you get the best view of the pool and the surf beyond. We even saw a pod of whales on morning from the lanai! The kiddos even got to sample the coconut water from coconuts plucked from the palms on site by the gardener!From the unit itself, to the location and management of the unit, you'll be hard pressed to find a better listing than this one. It was everything we expected and more! Thank you Tom for sharing your wonderful home with us. Our family will remember our time there for many many years! Cheers!

Summary: Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend.

Summary: The property could not have been any better. We went in the off season so we had a pool, hot-tub and beach all to our selves. The property manager Norman was on site and very helpful. We had a AC problem and he got it fixed the same day we contacted him. Tom the owner was also very helpful. We are planning to return next year. Great Time!
