This beautiful two bedroom, two bath beach condo at The Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort has everything you desire for a relaxing beach getaway. Completely renovated and professionally decorated in late summer 2018. All rooms are decorated with new furniture, crown moulding and tasteful artwork. Laminate floors and ship lap wall accents are installed throughout. All bathrooms include new vanities with quartzite tops, beautiful tiled showers, new fixtures and hardware. Our kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances and a sprawling quartzite counter top, and full-overlay kitchen cabinets. We also have a new full size, front-load washer and dryer. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a new premium luxury mattress, 55" flat-screen Samsung wall-mounted 4K Ultra smart TV and wireless Bluray player. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, with new premium luxury mattresses, and a 55" flat-screen Samsung wall-mounted 4K Ultra smart TV and wireless Bluray player. The living room has a sofa bed, and a 65" flat-screen Samsung wall-mounted 4K Ultra smart TV and wireless Bluray player. The dining area seats six and we have WiFi service throughout. Our balcony faces the ocean and provides a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico where you can frequently watch dolphins.
Our guests have access to a beautiful private heated pool and hot tub at The Summit that's only steps away from our unit or you may use the heated beach front pool and hot tub. The beach front pool area was renovated in January 2017. Gas grills are available poolside at The Summit pool. The beach is a short 200 yard walk from The Summit. We provide a collapsible beach wagon with wide tread wheels, two Tommy Bahama beach chairs with built-in coolers, a large umbrella and beach toys for use by our guests. The resort offers beach service for an additional fee if needed.
Tops'l is a peaceful, family resort with 600 feet of private beachfront located next to a nature preserve which provides 4 miles of protected beach for nice long walks.
There are two restaurants/bars located on the resort. The Blue Dunes Restaurant and Bar is located beachfront at pool. The locally renowned Ocean Club is located at the entrance to Tops'l next to resort security. Tops'l provides free shuttle service throughout and to nearby Baytowne Wharf. Tops'l is conveniently located to Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands shopping stores, movie theaters, the Shops at Grand Boulevard and many of Florida's best golf courses.

Summary: This condo is perfect for a family looking to travel light. It has all of the basics plus more! The beach wagon, chairs, and toys made the walk to the beach a breeze. I loved having a washer and dryer in the condo to avoid piles of dirty clothes. Mr. Tom was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions. This was truly one of the best resorts that I’ve stayed at.

Summary: Perfect location and condo for our family! The condo was super close to the beach and a quick trip to surrounding attractions. Pool was huge hit with our little. The host was super responsive and helpful with all our questions! Highly recommend!

Summary: The photos do not do it justice!!! The condo was so clean, spacious and closer to the water than anticipated. It was a beautiful view every morning. Also, The Summit had the best pool and hot tub. Tom was awesome to work with and we hope to stay again!

Summary: This property is absolutely stunning. You can tell the owners love this unit as every room is updated and super clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with things you need. Even with things you don’t think you need (like pens and notepads). The view was beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach (like 5 mins) . The bbq is right outside the elevators you’d use. The pools are a nice size. We used it maybe 2x because we really wanted to stay on the beach. This was a great place to stay overall as Destin (definitely more touristy) was 10 miles away so you had some relief of that congestion. Communication with Tom was excellent. The only downside of my trip was that it was too short. We loved it so much I asked for an extra day. It was amazing and we will be staying here again in the future.

Summary: This condo is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and has beach chairs/umbrella/wagon supplied on the back porch which overlooks the pool along with peekaboo views of the ocean and sand dunes. You can also choose to rent beach set up where you have beach access. There are atleast 3 pools to choose from, all in close proximity along with a bar, basketball, and pickle ball. There are all the things my family and I were able to see and experience. The condo itself is well kept, very clean, and comfortable sleeping. It is very clear to me that this owner takes pride in his property and we will definitely be returning.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here to visit friends that were camping at Topsail Nature Preserve, so the location was perfect. The unit itself was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and I think this unit had literally everything. Cookware. Bakeware. Plenty of serving and meal dishes. Every day things...scissors, pencils and notepads. I'm sure everyone has stayed somewhere that had nothing in the drawers. Little things, but things you need. Communication with the host Tom was very good. Improvements seemed to be ongoing and Tom kept us in the loop about things that were need to know. It's nice to have a unit that is so well done and nice to see the surrounding grounds and pools being well kept. The location is close to good shopping and good restaurants. Lastly, you cannot beat the beautiful views of the gulf. You can't go wrong with this condo unit. It's exactly as described.
