Positive: The property was perfect in every aspect! Very, very clean and very well maintained. Coffee bar very thoughtful. Linens and beds extremely comfortable. Location is excellent, directly on the beach. I have stayed at this resort before but this was by far the best property I have stayed in. A great base for a Florida holiday, beach and easy access to Orlando if you want the theme parks.
Negative: My son and I liked everything about the property.
Summary: 100% excellent, would definitely stay again!

Positive: The location was amazing. We loved being right on the beach. We took many walks and loved the sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Keyless entry and communication of door codes were excellent. We caught a rocket launch from the beach walkway in front of our building and it was breathtaking.
Negative: Some quibbles for the reasonable price: the ice maker didn't work. The shades in the guest bedroom don't close completely so it is difficult to sleep in. The TV remote control has to be a few inches in front of the TV; otherwise, both the living room TV and bedroom TV get powered on amd operated.

Positive: Location is excellent. It's 20 seconds from the beach! Most comfortable bed ever - wish I could take it with me as I have back issues and the front bed gave me the first pain free sleep in 4 years! The apartment had everything we needed.
Negative: Nothing at all to note.

Positive: The Coastal Paradise was everything we hoped it would be. We enjoyed our stay throughly. The layout and updates were perfectly done and it created such a relaxing beach atmosphere for our families to be together and enjoy our vacation. Easy to keep clean and very comfortable after a day spent at the beach and pool.
Negative: If I had to give constructive feedback it would only be that we could have used additional household supplies but it was not a problem to run to Publix and get them.

Positive: The unit is very clean, recently updated with modern amenities. We are very happy with all aspects of the unit and condo amenities. Pool is kept clean, other residents and vacationers are extremely polite. We will be happy to stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.
Negative: Tweakers/dopers from the beach hopping over the beach side security fence and poking through unit porches. We were following them until they hopped the fence and left along the blvd.
Summary: Our stay was quiet, peaceful, and our grandchildren were very happy.
