Experience the West Coast of Vancouver Island at 'SurfSide Cottage' this is a lovely fully equipped ocean front three bedroom home. This home offers the experience of high bank ocean front with a 6 person j345 jacuzzi hot tub on the side of the cliff and also has a stair case access to the private pebble beach.
SurfSide features a contemporary style home with fir floors, cedar ceilings and an airtight wood stove for romantic nights. Relax on the deck while overseeing the ocean wildlife as this is the place to get away from it all! Take in the fresh ocean breeze and feast your eyes with the scenery.
For the active at heart one can hike the nearby Juan de Fuca Trail which is part of the West coast trail or one can also visit the Botanical Beach in Port Renfrew.
This home is rented at low season rates by the day, by the week or month from October to May. Shoulder season months are June and September and high season is in July and August. No monthly rentals in shoulder or high season.
Small 10 people weddings can be arranged on a case by case but additional insurance fee required.

Summary: Surfside Cottage is so comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location and view is unsurpassed. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave. A beautiful piece of property. It is in a good location in that Sooke and the hiking trails are an easy drive. Note that the second bathroom is accessible by going outside and down some stairs; a detail we missed in the property description. A wonderful vacation!
