Positive: the property looks nice once you are in the apartment, very good quality bed, lights, etc. good value for money.

Negative: entrance is scary and improper, lift is old, building entrance floor is dirty. there was no runninh hot water. noisy for the center bars nearby until very late in the night

Positive: Very good location of the hotel - right in the center of the old town is a big plus. But there is a small disadvantage - the noise from the restaurants next to the hotel continues until 1 am and not only on weekends. Would have liked better soundproofing from the windows. The host was on call offline, but that didn't stop us from organizing check-in/check-out. Of the free toiletries, there was only liquid soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Everything else had to be bought. No slippers - bring your own. Excellent equipment in the kitchen - new fridge, oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The entrance of the house has been renovated, no dirty walls. The elevator is very interesting, as if from a bygone era, but it adds a certain charm. In general - I recommend the hotel for accommodation, especially if you like to lead an active life.

Positive: The location of the apartment was it's best advantage. Located at the edge of the old town, offered direct access everywhere without having the noice of the nightlife. It has enough public parking spaces around with a 6€ daily fee. The appartment was comfortable, clean and the heating was excellent.

Negative: The building where the appartment is, I must say it's very old and quite scary (the elevator is for sure from another age) . It needs a total renovation. Regarding the appartment, the extra towels were stored in the drawers without being completely dry so we had to take them out and put them to dry. The sockets on the bedside tables did not work
