A large, luxurious stunning panoramic oceanview condo, ideal for couples, families, singles and friends of all ages on Playa Madera Beach close to downtown Zihua. This is a 3 bedroom, each with king size pillow top beds and 2 full bathrooms, beachfront vacation condominium apartment with pool. The condo is located in a unique boutique Mexican building on fabulous Playa La Madera beach, a centrally located beach in sunny Zihuatanejo, Mexico. The condo is in a safe secure building (security guard on site 24/7 and maintenance staff on site) with a pristine pool and sundeck that offers breathtaking panoramic views of Zihuatanejo's beaches, swooping birds, jumping fish, elegant sailboats and the blue Pacific Ocean beyond the entrance to Zihuatanejo Bay.
Playa La Madera is a wonderful beach, only steps from the condo. It is a wide, safe, sandy beach with shallow water great for swimming, paddle boarding kayaking, boogie boarding, nice for adults, children and families to play. You can unwind at one of the excellent beachfront palapa covered cafes or indulge yourself with a relaxing beachfront massage. We can facilitate deep-sea sport fishing excursions.
Our condo is within a short and easy walk of beautiful and quaint downtown Zihuatanejo with its many romantic beachfront restaurants and colorful Mexican shops. Very affordable laundry services are only a block away.
Our Amazing Beautiful Ocean-View Condo is fully furnished with 1-3 bedrooms: a large luxurious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a king-size pillow-top mattress and a spectacular ocean view; a second large bedroom with a king-size pillow-top mattress and walk-out balcony with a stunning panoramic town vista; and a third bedroom with a king-size bed and partial ocean view. There is also a large comfortable divan and a single pull-out bed. In addition to the 3-piece en suite bathroom, there is a second spacious 3-piece bathroom with a huge shower area. Weekly cleaning fees included. The condo has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen open to the expansive living/dining room with the most spectacular ocean view of the beach and Zihuatanejo Bay, ideal for candle-lit dinners or entertaining family and friends. For your comfort there is air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen TV, Apple TV with Netflix, DVD player with movies, condo and beach towels, lock box, and a book-exchange library.
NOTE: A/C is only in the town view bedroom.
Our condo is non-smoking and can be rented as 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms to accommodate couples, singles, family and friends.
It is only a 10-minute stroll along the picturesque waterfront walkway and its many delightful local restaurants to beautiful old-fashioned downtown Zihuatanejo with its open-air market, distinctive shops and authentic Mexican night life. Our area of Adelita has many outstanding restaurants to choose from making it a haven for foodies. There are many fun activities available including first-class dining and shopping, fishing, deep-sea sportfishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, swimming, pickle ball, tennis, jet skiing, water tubing, basketball courts, paddle boarding, snorkeling, diving, sailing, surfing, para-sailing and cooking school. We can facilitate a variety of custom guided tours. Trendy La Ropa Beach is only a 15-minute walk away, tranquil Las Gatos beach is an easy 15 min water taxi away and Ixtapa with its El Palmar Beach, golf courses, shopping centers, and marina is only a 15-minute ride away.
Local services include banking and ATMs, grocery stores, laundromat, massage therapy, and medical services (Doctor, Dentist and Optician). There is a great laundry service a block affordable.
Our condo is a short 15-minute taxi ride from the Zihuatanejo-Ixtapa International Airport.

Summary: I'd like to leave a bad review so as to increase the likelihood of this unit being available next time we make our way back. But of course, that would be unfair to all involved. ;-) Everything about this place worked well for us. The view is real. Thew owners are responsive and the property manager (fluent in at least Spanish and English) is available and attentive. The shared pool is always clean and beach access is one building over. Great location and great unit. Would definitely go back.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from the balcony is every bit as incredible as the photos proclaim! The place is well equipped with everything we needed. Our on-site host,Carmen was communicative and helpful with suggestions. She was ever so helpful with a medical challenge that arose while we were there. We would definitely return!

Summary: Our 2nd time in this unit...4th in the building. The location is perfect - walk to LaRopa and walk to town. The view is amazing - unobstructed view of the entire bay...best enjoyed at night with a drink! Owner is super easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. Was flexible with our check out time as well. The onsite staff are friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return.

Summary: The location is not accessible to adults; you have to climb stairs, there is no elevator, there is no parking or air conditioning, there is no daily cleaning service, you have to take out the trash, and the person in charge of receiving reservations receives you rudely. And besides, the manager came to check when we were not in the apartment yet, as if to see if there were more people than we had said. We understand that some information is on the listing but not all of it. The people responded angrily when we got lost and didn't find the place and called for directions. We got upset also because the plane was late and we arrived later than expected.

Summary: Really exceptional location right above the beach. Very well appointed kitchen- everything from plates to cooking pots- we had a great time there. Yes the place might need a few repairs but nothing substantial. Everything works. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Summary: This was our third time in this condo in Baja Suites and it was, as usual, an excellent experience. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view overlooking the bay and the beach. The walk to town is easy and interesting. Carmen, the property manager is extremely pleasant and helpful.

Summary: Location is great! Short distance to literally anywhere. Staff is great and helpful! The place itself is a gem, just needs a little love. It has a speechless view, just wish the other rooms had A/C, besides that everything was pretty much nice for the price rate.
