This second-floor condominium has two large, airy, and private Bedroom Suites with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedroom suites have king-sized beds, air conditioners, ceiling fans, and lots of closet and cupboard space. Both bathrooms are light and roomy with open, step-in showers. Bedroom #2 has a small safe in the closet to keep personal items secure and a TV.
The living area is an open plan with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room with sitting area and TV.
The balcony overlooks the pool and lovely gardens. There are very nice common areas (Barbecue, etc) and two separate pools (adult and family) to enjoy. This is a small, safe, gated complex of only 30 units.
Within walking distance (the closest is only 10 minutes) are three beautiful beaches (Playa Principal, La Ropa and La Madera), and plenty of great restaurants and shops. Taxis and Buses are plentiful and inexpensive for trips to further points of interest. Across the bay (short panga "water taxi" trip) is a beautiful day or afternoon destination of Playa Las Gatas with ample snorkeling and swimming opportunities, a small dive shop, and beach-side restaurants. Within an hour's drive can be found some of the best surfing (Soladita and Tracones) and diving/snorkeling in this area of Mexico. The Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa airport is only 30 minutes away.
Zihuatanejo, or Zihua, as the locals like to call it, is a very friendly and laid-back city. But, if you are into a bit more action, Ixtapa is just a short distance away (20 minutes by car or taxi), with all of the amenities of a world-class resort. Also, the deep-sea fishing out of Zihua is excellent, with a couple major fishing tournaments held here each year.

Summary: We travelled with two couples and we're very comfortable in our two bed ,two bath condo. The Mexican charm was achieved with authentic decor and and outfitted with beautiful pottery. Everything we needed to cook , play in the pool and have a good night's rest was there The common area was lovely and tranquil. This is not a party place but a calm oasis.

Summary: My husband, 4 month old and I stayed for 11 days mid December at the condo. It had everything we need and the Property Manager Alemendra was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Great location to walk easily to restaurants and the malecon. The grounds themslves are beautiful.

Summary: First of all we’d like to thank the property manager Almendra for waiting for our late arrival! She is always around to help with any questions or needs we had. Jesus, the grounds keeper does a wonderful job keeping the pools and plants looking beautiful. The condo is well appointed, comfortable & quiet with the adult pool just down the stairs. The small deck off the kitchen is a nice place to sip coffee and view the pool through the palm trees. We had an excellent stay taking advantage of all the restaurants nearby, Playa La Madera and the Paseo de Pescada, and downtown Zihuatanejo. Beautiful Playa La Ropa is a quick cab ride or 20 min walk away.

Summary: Close to everything; restaurants, stores, markets and the beach. Best location in Zihuatanejo. It is exactly as advertised. A beautiful garden property that is mostly quiet, with refreshing pools for the unending warmth of the area. Zihuatanejo people are very friendly. We felt safe in the area at all times. We met many new Canadian and American friends as well. We visited La Ropa beach, which is a couple miles away and we found that we were far closer to all amenities at our property. We only needed a taxi three times in 3 weeks. The condo is well-equipped and is spacious, although a few more towels would be nice. Almendra is an attentive manageress who is always willing to assist.
