Positive: Clean, modern and spacious room. Friendly staff Comfortable bed and pillows. Good amenities provided. Good location walking distance to casino resort for food.
Negative: Check in was slow, staff are friendly but they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I was there 2 nights and my room never got made up. Shower was warm but not hot.
Summary: Enjoyable stay. Would stay here again

Positive: The rooms are very clean and very comfortable beds
Negative: There’s no way to keep your AC on when heading out do you come back to extreme heat and wait for it to cool down. The outside and common areas need some work, there is no restaurant on site or within walking distance.

Positive: The staff were exceptional! The Wi-Fi was outstanding, nice balcony, nice bathroom, close to restaurants on nearby properties, walkable to Beach and markets.
Negative: Construction in the same lot, no real grounds surrounded by parking lot, no green spaces, didn't service the room,

Positive: The location was great for business purposes, and the staff is extreamly helpful at all hours. The building is new so most infrasctructure and equipment are in good working order. There is a kiosk, supermarket, and resturant/bar within walking distance.
Negative: No breakfast or in-house resturant / food options available. Water was warm (not hot) in the shower and only cold water hooked up in the bathroom sink. No safe in the room. Highest price per quality I have paid in the Pacific region, though all accomidation in Honiara is pricey.
Summary: Sufficient but nothing more!

Positive: I very much enjoyed my interactions with the staff. Specifically, Janet ensured that we were well taken care of. I also really enjoyed the location and being right on the water. There were very peaceful sounds of the waves below. I was debating between staying here or the Coral Sea Resort. I would say that the rooms are indeed closer to the water at this property and so in that capacity I made the right decision. The water temp and pressure were appropriate and room clean. I remember thinking to myself how the room looked way better in person than the Booking.com pictures.
Negative: I want to put the context that the property opened in Fall of 2023 and as of this writing the property is still in its "growing pains" with some amenities not yet available in Jan 2024. We were made aware of this in advance and mostly put it in the "didn't like" section so that others are aware. Specifically, the restaurant we were told would be open in February or March. Also, WiFi works fine in the lobby but the signal was weaker in the room. The bed is on the firm side. This was all fine for us but might be more important to others.
