Summary: The place speaks for itself. One of the best resorts we have stayed. A little out of the the way for travel to and from near by cities but if you have car it is easy to get around.

Summary: The stay was great. Beautiful resort. Good food. Only issue was AC was not getting colder than 23. We like a cool room. We called a few times but it didnt really change. Also for anyone from US you have to put key card in slot in wall for lights to work. We had no idea.

Summary: The Palazzo is a very well designed spa resort in a pretty area with excellent dining options. The staff is generally friendly and very helpful and we had excellent dinners and massages. The maitre d in the restaurant in the mornings was very good natured and helpful in providing me with take out coffee for my wife who likes to stay in bed to drink her coffee. The rooms were comfortable and well designed (we stayed in a superior room on our first visit and a deluxe on our second visit) and the bathroom amenities were of good quality) The only disappointments were with the TVs in the rooms which were not smart so we could not watch Netflix on them and the pool table in the hallway which was just for show. The only minor hiccup was at check out on our second visit. I had hit on the golf range one afternoon and was told to buy tokens at the spa, which I did. Then at check out there was a charge for the tokens, rental clubs and the use of the range. I told them I had my own clubs and that I was never told that there would be a charge in addition to the tokens to use the range so we had to wait for someone from the spa to come to the front desk to settle the matter. Finally, the rental was reversed but the charge to use the range was not. It was not about the money, it just it seemed petty not to reverse the additional ten euro for use of the range after we spent a good deal of money at the resort. Regardless, it is a nice place to relax and very close to 5 stars.

Summary: It was my second time staying here and I throughly enjoyed it. The food was incredible, the rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The majority of the staff were friendly, except the older man working behind the bar who was quite rude to my mother. The spa area was gorgeous. The grounds of the hotel were stunning. The only thing I found difficult was that there were no snacks available to buy throughout the hotel. It would be nice if there was a little coffee shop that sold patties, crisps etc. as we were really wanted something light to eat before the spa and there were only 4 sandwich options in the hotel bar. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: Overall a very nice hotel deserving of a 4 star rating. Beautiful views, large rooms, ample breakfast offerings, large spa with a lot of saunas, pools, etc. Gym could use some more equipment but it’s not bad. Parking near your room can be a challenge but it’s no more than a few hundred meters at most. I would recommend this property.
