The place invites you to relax & enjoy the large open plan space. The deck area offers comfy lounges & sun umbrellas to look out over the majestic sapphire blue ocean. Hear the waves roll in and the bellbirds sing in the background. Ideal for families looking for a place to unwind and recharge.
Your hosts are Janine & Walter who live in the apartment above towards the back of the property.
Pambula Beach Seaview is located on the beautiful Sapphire Coast in New South Wales over looking the Pacific Ocean. Soak up the stunning sea-views and surrounds. It's a short stroll to the surf beach (13 min) or if you like a healthy stroll to the beautiful Pambula River mouth.
Built in just 2018, the house has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. There is the master bedroom with an ensuite and 2 other bedrooms that share a large family bathroom.
The space
The Seaview townhouse offers ample space for 1 or 2 families, or friends to enjoy a beach holiday. The house is new, modern and open with lots of space to spread out.
The large L-shaped deck provides the ideal outdoor space to relax looking out over this stunning coastline. You'll also have access to the outdoor hot & cold water shower to wash the sand off after a great day at the beach, and a large BBQ located on the deck.
Pambula Beach Seaview is the place to enjoy that special holiday to just relax & unwind. Wake up in the morning to glorious sparkling views of the ocean & bush surrounds.
Guest access
Seaview has separate driveway parking allocated for 2 cars. There is also street parking out front.
Owner Interaction with guests
Janine & Walter live in the apartment above & towards the back of the property. We're here to help you if needed. We respect your peace and privacy.
- We offer guests 2 adult bikes that you may like to use, so all you have to do is bring along a few extras if needed.
- We offer guests seasonal organic grown vegetables, salad, herbs and fruit that are grown on the property.
The house has a SMART TV, Hi-Fi System, free internet and Coffee Espresso machine along with a fully equipped kitchen and large BBQ for entertaining. All Bed linen and Bath towels are provided.

**We do ask guests to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition on departure. A $300 cleaning fee may apply if left in an unreasonable unclean condition.
There is a host of activities available to you to keep you entertained when you're not playing on the beach for the kids and the big Adult Kids :-)
Whale Watching, Golfing, Fishing tours, The Pambula Surf Life Saving Club Playground with outdoor Gym & BBQ area, Pambula Beach Skate Park, Potoroo Palace, Magic Mountain, Nethercote Falls, the Eden Whale Museum and the Green Cape Lighthouse. Panboola Wetlands, Hikes through the Beowa National Park, Light2Light Coast Walks, Oyster Tours, The Pinnacles, Longstocking Brewery, and the Merimbula Board Walk to name a few.
There is a courtesy van service to the Top Pub in Pambula for dining out close to home. They collect you right outside your door. There are also a host of other great eateries in the Pambula Village. We are 6 kilometres from the Merimbula Airport where car rental is available. Fly-in-fly-out Melbourne, Sydney to Merimbula return.

Summary: After 15 years of holidaying at Pambula Beach, I can safely say this is the best accommodation we have stayed at. The apartment is BIG. Bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry are BIG. Kitchen, meals and family room are BIG. The kitchen, meals and family room are combined and is massive and has great views over the south Pacific Ocean. Unlike a lot of rentals, there is no squeezing people. The place is designed to accommodate 8 people with space to spare. The family room couch is "L" shaped and can easily sit 10 people. The dinner table fits 8 people well. The kitchen is fully equipped with European equipment and there is plenty of cutlery and crockery, pots and pans. There are lots of thoughtful extras, like many dishwashing tablets, large liquid dishwashing liquid, kitchen paper, large bottles of hair shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. Normal sized kitchen bins and liners. Unlike almost all holiday rentals we have stayed at, the owners have not tried to save money by providing the bare minimum of usables. The same is true of furniture and fixtures, sheets, pillows, towels. All are high quality. There is not a mark on the walls floor or furniture. Very clean throughout. My guess is that the apartment was built a couple of years ago. The owners live in the apartment above and have a separate entrance. So, if you need anything, they are only a few steps away. Both are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. If you want to stay on the hill in luxury overlooking Pambula Beach and the ocean, this is the place!

Summary: Everything was neat and tidy, plenty of room and we’ll equipped. If one thing could be improved it would be the bedding in the third bedroom, foam mattresses and a futon not ideal for adults.

Summary: The home was absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Extremely clean, everything had an order, great view of the beach from the verandah decking. The hosts Janine and Walter extremely helpful and obliging. Close drive to Pambula shops. Merimbula shops restaurants around 10 minutes drive. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Summary: The property was perfect for our X2 family beach holiday! The layout suited us perfectly with spacious bedrooms, generous bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area plus a deck with a spectacular view. The house is well equipped, immaculately clean with comfortable furnishings and lovely decor. Owners Janine and Walter were friendly and easy to deal with.
