Pete's Place is a large 2 story home, perfect for 1 large family or 2 families to share.
UPSTAIRS- Main living room, kitchen, laundry, bathroom with separate toilet and 2 bedrooms with Queen beds.
DOWNSTAIRS, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, one bedroom with a Queen bed and 2 single beds, and a pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living space. Large bathroom with toilet.
There are 2 large living areas, upstairs and downstairs and a full bathroom on each floor.
The house has a large modern kitchen with dining area, 2 decks and a fully equipped laundry. There is a large deck with 2 outdoor dining tables and a bbq at the front of the house overlooking sweeping views of the beach. Another bbq is on the undercovered back deck.
The house is on a large allotment with wonderful scenic views of the picturesque Merimbula/ Pambula Beach bay that can be viewed from the deck, living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
The house is fully self contained with everything that you will need.
Pete's Place is a short 3 minute walk to the patrolled surf beach or 10 minutes to the picturesque river mouth of Pambula river. Pambula Beach is located on the South Coast of N.S.W. known as the Sapphire Coast reflecting its beautiful blue seas. Pambula Beach is close to the townships of Pambula and Merimbula and has an airport 5 km away, accessible from Melbourne & Sydney.
A 27 hole golf course, bike/walking track, restaurants, clubs, pubs, shops, cafes, and great fishing all within a short drive, walk or courtesy bus ride away.

Summary: Pete's place had everything we needed for a great family holiday. The rooms are large and comfortable, the lounge area perfect for, well, lounging and the balcony at the front has glorious views of the sea, accompanied by the beautiful soundscape of bellbirds. Our dogs loved the back garden area (and also Ollie, the lovely gentle giant dog owned by Trevor and Di, who live in the adjoining unit. Trevor and Di were onsite to help with anything needed). The kitchen had everything we needed for self-catering, and there are 2 BBQs! Pete made the whole process very straightforward, with prompt and easy communication. Hey, and there are even kangaroos on the front lawn each dusk, so what's not to like?
