If you are looking for accommodation that has direct beach access, stunning views and can comfortably provide for 2 families, then this is it. The Beach House is located on a half acre property (away from the main road), set in pretty native gardens and only 75m walk to the beach.
It has sea and beach views from each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms as well as the living and dining areas.
Features include a 11m solar heated private pool and games room with table tennis table, pool table and 65 inch high definition TV on a generous half acre property. Upstairs is a newly renovated kitchen, large dining and entertainment area and large wrap around decking with breath taking views of the river-mouth. Ideally suited for both summer and winter get-aways.
Dolphins can sometimes been seen from the balcony and kangaroos and many species of native birds in the garden. This is a very relaxing environment to enjoy your holiday.
Upstairs and Downstairs Living
Upstairs Living:
The master bedroom is huge and is fitted out with a queen size bed and newly renovated en-suite. There is a second bedroom with another queen size bed and a third kids room with two double bunks.
The living area easily accommodates 8 - 10 people, with 3 large comfortable leather couches and 65 inch 4K TV. Also provided is a media player with surround sound.
The dining table seats 8 and is situated next to a large fully renovated kitchen with Miele appliances (2 ovens, dishwasher and gas stove) with views to the river-mouth.
For the colder months there is a wood heater and a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit that can be used all year round to keep you toasty warm in the cooler months and cool in summer.
Downstairs Living:
The downstairs has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and is adjacent to a recently renovated en-suite. The whole downstairs area has polished concrete floors and comes complete with its own newly appointed kitchenette (sink, dishwasher and fridge). The living space is huge with 2 leather couches, 65 inch HD TV, pool table and table tennis table in a open plan area.

Summary: We stayed for a week at this great house on the pambula river. The view from the back deck and upstairs bedrooms was somehow better than the photos. The split living spaces were great for our family, with the kids & grandparents able to separate at night and during the couple of wet days. The kitchen was well stocked, and the three bathrooms made washing up after the beach & pool easy. Michelle was a responsive and informative host. We'd love to come back again.

Summary: Very large and spacious house that is well equipped for a holiday house. Location is amazing with several lovely nature walks nearby. Could look out over the view of the Pambula River for days!!!

Summary: The most important thing for us is a great view and this house has an absolute beauty from almost all bedrooms. The 70’s living areas are really comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the view/read/relax. Very modern bathrooms and kitchen , 2 ovens and a microwave, a huge fridge freezer in the kitchen and second fridge downstairs made catering for Christmas really easy! Easy walk to Lions beach and the river mouth. people in Pambula are really friendly. We loved our stay.

Summary: The house is huge, the photos don’t do this property justice. The check in process was very smooth. The walk to the beach is a little tricky with small children but not impossible. The kids loved finding all the ‘fairy garden’ spots. Only issue we had was no sheets on the beds or bath towels. Easy fix with a trip into town.

Summary: A great house in an amazing location. A very short walk down to the beach and also to the river mouth. Perfect swimming for little family as well as exploring the rocks. The house had plenty of space. It would be perfect for a family with slightly older kids than ours in that it has one set of steep stairs which were very attractive to our 15 month old and we had no way of blocking them off so required one person to be on guard at all times. The house has a great balcony and to have access to the pool was fabulous. To keep in mind is that linen is not supplied but can be arranged separately through a private provider.
