Summary: The house is amazing, liked everything about it. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, enough linens for everyone. Beds are very nice, clean, comfortable. Highly recommended!!!!

Summary: This is the second year renting a house from Kenia and this new one was perfect. Clean, open, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for the month. Kenia is a great host and communicates immediately when contacted and takes care of our requests and issues quickly. We will be back!

Summary: Place was recently remodeled and very clean. Property manager was very responsive to any issues that came up. Place is a good 30 minutes from Siesta Key beach. It is very close to tennis and basketball courts and a community pool. Neighborhood is quiet.

Summary: Safe location close to grocery stores and short drive to everything we wanted to get to. Home was clean, kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels.

Summary: Beautiful home, just as shown in pictures. Very quiet neighborhood. The only issue that we encountered was the AC, it was set up at 74 degrees and we couldn't get to bring it lower than that so the nights were not pleasant. Even though Kenya, the property manager, was very attentive and was always available to help us out, somehow this AC issue was not resolve until the very last night. Another thing is that if you want to enjoy the gazebo outside and have a bbq, it has to be before the sun goes down because it has no lights, we had to used our phones flashlight to see what we were cooking. I guess it is because it was recently added, hopefully the light is a project that soon to be done. In general, it is a really nice beautiful home.
