Summary: I loved the Pavillion Winter! It was one of the highlights of my trip. The service was exceptional. The front desk was friendly and available, and they helped with all of my questions and requests. The room service menu and quality of food was the best -- even better than the restaurant. The breakfast was great. The service at all of the restaurants was wonderful. I loved the pool and the gardens. I took a day of rest after my flight to Luxor in the morning and was so thankful I got the opportunity to spend an afternoon lounging at the pool and exploring the gardens. The rooms could use renovation, but overall they are very good and large, and I had a balcony overlooking the gardens. I absolutely loved Luxor and highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: The hotel is dated. I booked a queen bed and they gave me two twin beds. The beds are uncomfortable. The entire room is very old, urgently needing update. The breakfast has limited options. It does not meet the international standard that they advertised. It is in a good location of town, walking distance to good restaurant and luxor museum.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are dated but adequate and what we expected. The bonus is the wonderful grounds and pool area shared with the Winter Palace. A veritable oasis. The staff couldn't be more friendly.

Summary: We arrived at the hotel later than planned due to a delayed flight and the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis after some hours of travelling. The grounds are wonderful and the pool area very lovely. Happily, we also discovered there was 24 hour room service!
