Summary: This place absolutely lived up to its name! Me and my family enjoyed every minute of our time. From enjoying coffee on the front deck to roasting marshmallows around the fire this place has it all. In my opinion they could get rid of the TV! The firewood that is on the property was perfectly seasoned and all the tending tools were waiting for us to use. We even figured how to turn off all the outdoor lights to give us a great view of the night sky. My only complaint was the lack of a sharp knife so if you plan on doing all your own cooking make sure to bring one from home. We would definitely spend another peaceful week there!

Summary: A wonderful chalet on the Schuss Mountain property. It slept 5 comfortably, we enjoyed the firepit area and the woods. Great location close to Bellaire, Central Lake and Torch Lake.

Summary: We had a relaxing weekend at Peaceful Retreat. Our doggie loved playing catch and walking around the neighborhood. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. The drive to and from locations in Bellaire was easy to maneuver. We will be back for a longer visit.

Comfortable accommodations, clean, matched listing description, surpassed expectations, close to skiiing, loved the winter bonfire experience, plenty of parking, driveway and walkway clear prior to arrival.
