Positive: The location was perfect . Close to the beach and not far from the shops. Plenty of room for 8 to fit around the dining table. Someone came out to fix the WiFi very quckly
Negative: There wasn't a garden for the dogs to go out in. The TV in the lounge didn't work. There was a problem with the flush in one of the en suites. The WiFi didn't work to start with . A book with all instruction leaflets and local takeaway menus might of been useful. We had never used an induction hob before and it took a while to figure out as did the sofa bed

Positive: We were so glad that all room are en suite so we didn’t worry to use bathroom in the middle of night or take shower anytime. The kitchen was big and very clean. We wanted to stay more night!
Negative: I couldn’t park in front of the house but I could park at The Cliff hotel so it wasn’t a big problem.

Positive: The property was clean, bright and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, there was nothing more we needed. Each room had its own en-suite and the beds were clean and comfortable. The ground floor has been well adapted for disabled access with adjustments to the lounge (additional bedroom if required) and downstairs bathroom. Just a stones throw from the promenade and beach. The beach is dog friendly from September to May.
Negative: The only thing which we found challenging was the parking. We had to park at the local Cliff Hotel, after their friendly staff allowed us overnight parking.
