Positive: Lovely house for a large group. Nearly all rooms have an en-suite and all good in size. Big garden with hot tub. Undercover outdoor seating and BBQ. Good location. Very good value for money. We were a party of 18 and had a great time.
Negative: The only negative was there was not enough forks and limited kitchen equipment with only 1 tea towel provided. Other than that brilliant.

Positive: Beautiful house, lovely quiet part of Great yarmouth. Lovely sea views. Secure garden for dog. Well equipped with everything you could wish for including fans and Tvs in each room. Ensuites. Hot tub. Lots of parking Lovely family memories made. Thank you. Good communication from hosts. House spotless and comfortable.

Positive: Perfect location with the beach, pier, town and restaurants all within walking distance. Plenty of clean comfortable rooms, all with decent sized en-suites. Added bonus of having use of the hot tub. Nice size garden and great that our son’s dog was welcome. Great to have off road parking. We had 4 cars and plenty of room to park and even if more parking was required there was parking available on the road in the crescent.
Negative: When staying at a property it is never going to be like home from home so I am not going A to be picky and say it was perfect for our family get together, thank you.
Summary: A perfect property for all the family to stay and celebrate a special birthday, thank you.

Positive: Very spacious and comfortable, beds and showers amazing not far from all the entertainment, our family had a long weekend and it was not long enough, we all never wanted to go home.
Negative: Very minor things, no tea towels, dishwasher tabs, hooks on bedroom or shower room doors

Negative: Confusion of location. Wrong address on property page. Which lead to restaurant booking being 15 minute drive instead of a 3 minute walk. The restaurant was a recommendation on the property page. Could do with info leaflet on arrival for hottub instructions and oven instruction. Also windows could do with a clean. The house provided everything we needed. Would stay again.
