Summary: This house is beautifully maintained. Short 20 minute drive to the Marine Recruit Depot. Just far enough outside of everything to enjoy the quiet, but close enough for dinner and a little exploring! The house was extremely clean, smelled fresh, and had everything we needed!

Summary: This was a super cozy home for our family; not overly furnished or cluttered. Many conveniences and comforts; anything you'd need to feel at home. The house was clean and I appreciated the extras like toothbrushes, shampoo, laundry detergent that was available for us to use. We enjoyed short commutes to shops and local attractions.

Summary: Cute, clean home with a tasteful, refined decor. Well stocked and full of conveniences. The backyard is huge and fully fenced, which was great for my dog and for privacy for myself. I really liked the firepit, especially now with the cooler weather. Very close to the bases. The dog treats were an appreciated extra :)

Summary: The location was very convenient to the places we were visiting, including stores and restaurants. The house was nicely appointed with all items you would need, to include a washer & dryer as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Thanks to the homeowner, Lyn, for her communication with me as well as her housekeeping staff who ensured a clean and comfortable stay.

Summary: When I first arrived at the house and checked in, the homeowner reached out to me and let me know to contact her if I needed anything which I felt was very thoughtful even though my kids and I were only staying for one night. The house was very well maintained and clean which made me feel even more comfortable while there. I absolutely loved having a tv there since My kids enjoy watching Disney. The crockpot in the kitchen and size of the kitchen made things a lot easier to cook for me and my kids for dinner time. I really liked the fire pit in the backyard especially since it’s been getting colder. It was really nice that my kids could make s’mores as well and that there were enough chairs for all of us to sit around and relax. They loved how big the backyard was and I was glad that they could run around and play with each other. The neighborhood is really quiet which I enjoyed. It was nice to sit in the backyard with my coffee the next morning and watch my kids play before heading out. Overall this house is really clean and had everything I would need as if I was at my own home. :)

Summary: I came to SC for a family related event & needed a quality, comfortable home that was suitable for myself & my family. This home did not disappoint! Each room was clean, cozy, & spacious enough for everyone to sleep comfortably- the overall asthetic was bright & welcoming. The fire pit in the backyard was our favorite aspect of this property & the spacious lawn allowed for tons of room to run & play! What was also helpful was the grill on the patio that came with all of the utensils needed to cook out. When you choose to book here, I encourage you to review the welcome book as it's filled information about the owners of the home, along with fun activities & entertainment in the local area. I will definitely be recommending this rental property to my friends & family & I look forward to staying here again.

Summary: This was a very nice place to stay. Our family was at Parris Island for my grandsons graduation from marine boot camp. It is close to base about a 10 minute drive. We took our dog. The backyard is fenced in and was nice for her. There were even treats left for her as well as a gift for our graduate. That being said, the $400 in additional fees was a bit of a surprise.
