Our “cozy nook” is close to the beach and downtown. This house has all of the amenities you need to enjoy a great vacation in South Haven! Located .7 of a mile from downtown and the public beach, you can enjoy everything that South Haven has to offer.
Summer bookings are Friday to Friday with a 7 night minimum.
The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second bedroom has 3 twin beds.
We offer lots of 'extras' to make your stay even more enjoyable! Beyond the basic linens, dishes, kitchen utensils, and bedding, we have:
- Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, blender, and toaster
-Baby gear including Pack-n-play, portable high chair, stroller, and beach toys (please request before arrival)
-A flat-screen TV and high-speed internet. We also have a bonus “smart TV” in the bedroom with a queen bed.
-Board games, DVDs, children's toys, and books
-Beach equipment including a wagon, chairs, small umbrella, and sand toys.
Our property is pet-friendly ($50 per pet), please let us know when booking if you plan to travel with your pet. Max of 2 pets.

Summary: It’s hard to find an affordable stay in South Haven for a single family. When we found this home, we were delighted! The hosts were excellent and thought of every single small detail we could ever want! The house is simple and small, but it’s clean, fully stocked, and in a wonderful location. We easily biked everywhere and on the days when we had bigger beach hauls, we drove our car and found a close parking spot. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t for you. However, if you’re looking for clean, simple, attention to detail, and affordable, look no further! We had a blast and will definitely be back next year!
