There is a furnished outside patio area with a BBQ for your sole use and enjoyment. The guest cottage is a fully self-contained and equipped home-from-home, with two bedrooms, queen and double, both with large built-in wardrobes. It also has a comfy pull-out lounge sofa, TV, and all facilities for cooking, laundering, etc. Or better still, treat yourself to takeaways from the local shop or dine out at local restaurants within walkin distance. Summary: Absolutely fabulous on all counts. Excellent location, great for getting around with easy access to Mandurah and Pinjarra. Scenic river views from this bankside home. Clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Good wifi coverage. Parking on site. Great weather for our stay with a cooling breeze in the evenings across the waters. Will stay there again!

Summary: Easy check in process. The house is beautifully clean and has everything you could wish for, including a private garden area with BBQ. The hosts are wonderful and share their pool and beautiful views of the canal - you can sit on a swing chair on the canal front and feel all your stresses ebb away.
