Positive: We loved the location, The staff were exceptional. Cocktails were mostly delicious and felt very welcome.
Negative: There were a couple of issues in our room, the conservatory door didn't open. The hot water was too hot, no cold. Both issues were dealt with straight away which was great.. but maybe check these things before guests arrive. Food was directed at Americans.. we felt there should be more local Carribbean food on offer at the buffet. Morning drinking water tasted awful. Evening entertainment could be improved.

Positive: The food was amazing. Plenty of different choices. The staff was pleasant. Most of the resort was easily walkable. Nice beach. Lots of places to take beautiful pictures. Intimate and quiet. They have transportation around the resort for those that request it. Lovely place.
Negative: The beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Positive: Very friendly personnel. Clean and nice property. Breakfast was excellent; fresh omelets, waffles, smoothies. Buffet style food was good; cocktails were excellent; snacks in the afternoon were nice; Outhouse BBQ restaurant; good food and beautiful view. Directly located on beach. Plenty of sun beds. Great for relaxation! Not close to anything, but we knew this and didn't care, because we had a rental car. Would definitely go back!
Negative: Had a waterfront room, located on the first floor. Room was nice and clean, but mattress was a bit worn-out. Would have been nice to maybe have a small cabinet in bathroom for toiletries.

Positive: The staff were all friendly, the room and our view was beautiful. The food buffets were varied and very good, especially for the amount of food they produced every day. All-inclusive is definitely the way to go in Antigua. The pools and beach were lovely.
Negative: This place is a bit isolated, so we didn't do a lot of excursions. If you want to hang out at the beach and pool and just relax, this is the place. If you want to explore the island, a place near English Harbour might be better, as it's more centrally located.
Summary: We loved this place. We came home very relaxed and positive we picked the best location for us.
