Summary: We agree with the other reviews - clean and convenient to the metro station. Freddie was responsive when we needed sheets for the sofa sleeper. The selection of games and books in the living room cabinet was appreciated, as we're the umbrellas!!

Summary: The house was clean. Metro station was a 3 minute walk. We never felt unsafe in or around the house. Freddie answered my questions within minutes of me messaging him. We will stay there if we return to DC.

Summary: Freddie was very helpful with a birthday dinner recommendation for our family. He also let us know that he would come and fix something while we were out exploring the city. The house was clean, and had architectural charm. Only being a block from the metro station was a huge perk, and we utilized it often to get to all the places in DC that we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a great stay at Freddie's rental. Our great experience started with the quick response to our questions before we even booked. This continued through out our stay. There was parking for 1 car in the back (we had a Tahoe, anything bigger would be out in the alley way). Freddie also supplied us with a parking permit on the street for our other vehicle. His house was very clean! Very well kept up! The 2 queen size beds were very comfortable. We used the well stocked kitchen every night. As stated in the review it was a very quick walk to the Metro station, which we used through out our stay. Neighborhood was very quiet for a big city.This next part is no reflection on the Host or his rental property! The host has no control over this but I wished I had been more aware by doing my own research. The neighborhood had litter/trash everywhere. As a female, I did not feel safe walking in the neighborhood without my husband or adult sons. I did feel safe inside the rental! Take this part of the review knowing that I am from a rural community and normally when I am in a big city I stay in the touristy hotels. Thank you Freddie for a wonderful vacation to our nation's capitol.
