Summary: Everything was wonderful. The house was great in every respect.It was closer to County Road to 234 than we anticipated,but our sleep was undisturbed. Kathy, our host was terrific.

Summary: Beautiful property. Nice location close to Durango and within 1-2+ hours to other popular destinations. Very clean, cozy, and peaceful. Wish the kitchen was a little more stocked with cookware, more variety of cooking utensils, and basic staples. Overall would highly recommend.

Summary: Cute clean, and very comfortable! Living space is upstairs so it feels like being in a cozy treehouse. Kathy is a gracious hostess who lives on the property with her family - there are three homes total including this one. At her recommendation, we had a lovely lunch at Dalton Ranch golf course with amazing views. She brought us wood for the outdoor fireplace and showed us where to sit to enjoy the creek. We visit Colorado every year and will make this an annual stop.

Summary: My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this location. It was very clean and had the cutest little charm to it. I wish there was better pictures of the outside of the property on the listing. This home is inside a gated area with the owners home. We never ran into anyone during our stay, but the listing/pictures made it look more private. It is right off the road, but never really heard traffic. We did see several deer and the breeze that went through the area was amazing. Thank you for sharing your home and a wonderful stay!
