The main-level features an open floor plan, with spacious Great Room, vaulted ceiling, wood floors, gas fireplace and a wall of windows to partake in those fabulous mountain views. The open kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite counter tops, gas range, spacious pantry and nearby dining area with a coffee bar.
The upstairs features the perfect master retreat with a reading and kids play area in the the loft and a spacious master suite with a king bed, 55" Ultra High Definition TV, French Doors to a private deck looking to views and the beautiful backyard. The en-suite bath has a jetted tub, dual vanity and separate shower along with a large closet. On the main-level there are two guest bedrooms that share a bath. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top bunk and twin day bed. Downstairs is a laundry room and second refrigerator, plus a game and TV room with a 65" Ultra HD TV, cozy recliners, game table and ping pong. Both of the TV's in the home have Roku built-in.. This home has a backyard oasis with grass, tiered flower gardens, fruit trees and berry bushes, built in charcoal BBQ and hardscaped patio areas and areas to explore around the 1 acre property.

Summary: We stayed for a week but wished it was longer. The house is extremely cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There were a couple miniscule issues that were quickly addressed. So glad to have found this house.

Summary: This house was just perfect for our family. It is just as beautiful as the pictures look and the view is even better. Plenty of space for everyone. The fenced yard was great for the kids and the dogs. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I would definitely book this house again.

Summary: Amazing stay, even in the hottest part of the summer in AZ. Phoenix was 118 and Payson was 103 the weekend we stayed at this awesome home. The house is beautiful, 3 floors with the basement which is absolutley functional with the ping pong table, two couches and TV. The main floor has floor ac, I brought 2 fans to accelerate the cooling process, but the 2 bedrooms on this level cooled down very quickly. The Kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking (pots, pans, grilling gear. Also bring Coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, mayo, ketchup etc because nothing is kept beyond as of fear of spoiling I'm assuming. The grounds are the best part, huge yard for pets, I brought my dog, lots of space for running around in the totally fenced yard. Amazing views, very quiet, and very well kept, I'd definitely come again.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! Magnificent views from every window with a wraparound porch and fully gated property that our Golden Retriever loved! Like most mountain areas, there are a mix of different kinds of properties. Looks like most people have lived in their homes forever, and when we reached Diamond Chateau we were fully secluded with a view that allowed us to enjoy the nature around us. Very serene! We enjoyed mornings on the porch swing, then in the back grassy yard (would love to see this property all in bloom!) and evenings on yet another patio watching the sun come down on the mountains and stars come up. Beautiful property, clearly built and maintained with care. Inside is just as lovely with the spacious kitchen, living room and master bedroom. This home can clearly accommodate 7 and more if children enjoyed “camping” in the loft area. We wanted for nothing and simply enjoyed the views and wildlife. We would love to visit again!
