Our lovely and completely renovated beach cottage is located in a quiet seaside neighborhood on 9th Street. We are an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach at the end of our street. Close enough to hear the sound of waves morning and night. On this end of 9th Street there is no through way, so it is very private and quiet with no car traffic or people constantly walking by! In addition, the mature Tropical beautifully landscaped backyard is surrounded by an 8’ high privacy fence that makes social distancing a breeze!
Little Pearl Beach Cottage is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful, wide, white sand beaches of St. Augustine Beach. This is the "Best" section of beach in town, and one of the few beaches that does not allow cars on the beach. St. Augustine's delectable restaurants, unique gift shops, fishing pier, and local farmers market are all within walking or biking distance from the cottage. In addition, the historic district of St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, is less than a ten minute drive by car.
Little Pearl Beach Cottage is bright and airy with lots of large windows throughout, where bright sunlight fills every room. It is decorated throughout in a beach theme with tranquil seascape colors, and cool tile floors. The large ultra modern, gourmet kitchen features all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a combination living/dining area that features cozy, booth style seating that easily accommodates 4 people comfortably. The living area also boasts a reclining (both sides) leather sofa that makes it easy to stretch out and put your feet up. There is a new 40" flat screen Smart TV that features free Netflix, and there is also a Directv stream. And of course high speed wireless internet is also available.
Charming shabby chic decor decorate both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a new, ultra comfy king size bed. The second bedroom features a new Queen size bed with gel top mattress. Both bedrooms have walk in closets to provide extra space for all your essentials. We supply, all the high quality bed linens and pillows needed, and offer varying sizes and plushness, (or firmness), that's sure to satisfy everyone's individual comfort level.
The private master bath has been totally remodeled and features beautiful new cabinets, tiles, and fixtures, along with a new, extra deep, jacuzzi tub. The jets of which are manually cleaned after each guest leaves. The hall bath has been re-designed to feature an all new, extra large, completely tiled shower with modern fixtures.
Directly off the kitchen are French double doors that lead you directly out onto our beautiful patio and private backyard which is filled with mature trees, and delightful tropical plantings. All of which is enclosed by an 8' high privacy fence. The large patio has an outdoor dining table and chairs with a large umbrella for your enjoyment, along with an additional seating area.
Little Pearl Beach Cottage is supplied with everything you need to supplement your vacation. There is a separate laundry room directly off of the kitchen equipped with an full sized washer and dryer for your added convenience. And there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. We also supply you with all your beach needs, such as: beach umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, boogie board, and assorted coolers, as well as a bright blue beach wagon to help you cart everything to the beach.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 1.5 weeks working part-time and exploring. Home was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Nice to have some outdoor space (back patio) for hanging out. Great location for accessing beach (short walk) and many restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Definitely recommend!

Summary: Our home for 2 weeks in January. Everything you need is there, bring your shampoo and toothbrush. Favorite sights: the Fort, the Lighthouse, the Lightner Museum. Favorite restaurants: Blackfly, the Boathouse, Salt Life, Seafood Kitchen. The beach is steps away, soft white sand and great for walking. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard oasis. Wonderful hosts are very available. Highly recommend.

Summary: Very nice house close to everything and the beach is a nice place to walk to 5 minute walk and u are there nice hot showers neighborhood was peaceful great little backyard only thing is if you have a dog the neighbors dog is not that friendly and he is at the fence after a while he went away but not too be trusted would stay there again but without my dog otherwise it was a very nice place

Summary: This place is amazing. Bright, cheery, beachy, so clean omg. The beds are really comfy. Very Quiet, im a light sleeper and i cannot handle noise. You can tell the owner takes pride in her rental. Good communication. Another deal breaker for me is showers not getting hot enough. The shower gets as hot as you want it. Short walk to the beach. Honestly, i cannot wait to return! Oh and the kitchen was so nice to have and the bckyard area was so lovely we even ate dinner outside..

Summary: We stayed here for a week with our pup and were very happy with the property. Property was the perfect size for us and was stocked comfortably with everything we needed for our stay. Beach wagon, boogie board, umbrella, chairs, beach towels, coolers all there! Nice working kitchen with all tools needed. Regular full coffee maker. *Be sure to pick up cone filters not regular ones. Ice maker worked great. The back yard is the crown jewel of this place. Absolutely gorgeous. Nice full shower with hot and cold out back to hose off before going into the house after nice stay on the beach. Our dog loved the fenced back yard, and it was great that we could let him roam without worry. It was nice to sit out in the back yard while he hung out with us. Property is close to the beach (just cross the street), restaurants, the Amphitheater and Old Town. Parking is a bit of a pain in the Old Town, so it probably makes sense to Uber in, but it's a cheap ride. Best bloody mary's and breakfast at Beachside Diner less than a mile away. The only possible downside is that some of the neighboring multi-family properties are a little downtrodden, but the property itself is wonderful!
