Positive: So much love put into the breakfast- yum! I stayed two nights with my parents. They used the comfortable king-size bed with an exceptional westward ocean view. Very charming and Kelly is a great host. We will be back!

Negative: The bathroom fan sounds like an airplane engine, and so do the upstairs ones. The bathtub has little jets, but I personally find it hardly adds any value to the room. This is being a bit nitpicky and nothing more.
