Positive: Location was lovely, quiet but close to downtown if you wanted to be there. Room was large and well appointed, bed comfortable and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific and just what we needed to start the day.

Negative: Just one suggestions, during the fall and or winter months maybe some better lighting for reading, etc, would be nice. We were visiting during October and the room was a little dark for reading. Otherwise everything was great.

Summary: We recommend this B&B and will return the next time we need a place to stay on Salt Spring

Positive: All very pretty and tastefully decorated . Good breakfast !

Negative: The weather was really bad so we were indoors a lot and it was kind of cold . The electric fire place didn’t really do much for the room was Fairly big .

Positive: Our time at Sue and Chris' property was beautiful! The suite was so lovely and incredibly comfortable, and the surrounds were so peaceful. Sue's homemade breakfasts were delicious and we loved spending our nights in the hot tub looking at the stars. A wonderful stay with wonderful hosts - we're so grateful and highly recommend Carriage House!

Positive: We had a great time at Salt Spring Carriage House B&B, and stayed in the garden suite. We are form Victoria and wanted a quiet weekend away from everything and were very happy at how peaceful and remote the location was. Our favorite perks of our stay was the peaceful and private hot tub, very nice indoor propane fireplace, excellent home made breakfast, and overall comfort of the suite. Also the owners were very pleasant to deal with and were very accommodating to us, we can also verify Sue's reputation for making fantastic breakfasts.

Negative: Nothing to mention about dislikes. We were able to find a place that was within our budget and everything was great.

Summary: Quiet, Comfortable, Private. Would stay again.

Positive: The location is perfect as a base camp for exploring the island. The room was private, had access to an awesome hot tub and was so comfortable. Breakfast was homemade and way above and beyond expectations. Sue and Chris are friendly and kind and go the extra mile. They also made our dog Yodi feel welcome :) she got milkbones with breakfast every morning.

Negative: N/A we liked it all.

Summary: Private, so comfortable and excellent value. I would highly recommend this BnB.
