Summary: This condominium location was on a canal with a nice view. It was quiet and conveniently arranged. There a few relatively minor problems that were taken care of by the property manager. Overall, I would recommend the unit for a relaxing stay.

Summary: The location was wonderful, the condo is on a canal which is very relaxing. The walk in shower described was not accurate. The grout was coming out and the floor was spongey. We did not feel safe using it. Kitchen cupboards had a hole in door, it looked like someone had kicked it. Missing knobs on doors. Couch and queen bed are warn out. The condo would be excellent with a little tlc. The pool was very nice.

Summary: Steven’s place worked for my needs. Only drawbacks are that the elevators never worked and unit was on the third floor. I was staying at his place during transition until I closed on my condo. I work from home and lugging my ‘office’ and other belongings up and down three flights of stairs was a bit much. Oh well, I looked at it as my workout each day :). It’s a very quiet community and everyone I encountered were extremely nice. The other thing is that they may want to consider a new cleaning crew as the place wasn’t as clean as you would expect. I had a couple of issues with TV and ceiling fans, but those issues were addressed very quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

Summary: Nice area and very friendly. Loved the Apollo Beach Nature Park which is in walking distance. We did see lots of manatees, loved all the fresh produce, and if you like Flea Markets there are many in the area. The view off the lanai was great watched many beautiful sunsets off of it.
