Summary: We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel was very noisy with children running up and down the corridors until the early hours and parent speaking very loudly with no consideration for other guests. The breakfast was nice but very busy. The hotel location is fine if you are staying in the hotel as there is nothing around it. The staff, like everyone in Costa Rica were very nice and helpful.

Summary: The hotel crew was not friendly and didnt help me with my 3 luggages. The room was top noisy. I could hear the noisy from the room next door all the night, and early in the morning the generator started working with a loud sound, close to our window.

Summary: My stay with my sister in law was an overall enjoyable experience. Our initial room had some HVAC issues and we were quickly relocated to an alternate room on a lower floor. The second room was more comfortable but with a less desirable view and some maintenance issues in the bathroom including a tattered shower curtain and a slow draining sink. After notifying the front desk about the issues without a resolution we just chose to bear with it for the rest of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the pool/jacuzzi made up for any dissatisfaction. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating and the gym was top of the line. The daily cleaning service was thorough and efficient. I would still choose to stay here again dispite the unpleasantries in the beginning.

Summary: Well located for access to many restaurants, mall, casino and more. Very clean, safe and comfortable. Modern touches, nice decor and execellent staff. Stayed here twice and will be back!

Summary: Always a good stay at Radisson SJO. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is a good launching point to go touring. Lot's of parking, beds are nice, food is good.

Summary: Scarlett at the reception desk made us feel so welcome!!! She gives top notch service & really connected with us. Manuel in the restaurant was phenomenal as well. Great staff & all seem so happy. Even the sweet cleaning lady Yessinia!!! The property was great for our 3 year old & we were so comfortable for our 2 night stay. Exceeded our expectations & will highly suggest for SJ stays.
