Summary: You could not get any closer the NCSU for a visit . The apartment is HUGE and very clean . The hosts responded immediately. We have stayed here 2x and are planning to return .

Summary: The apartment is very large and fully equipped with anything you need . It is literally across the street from campus and surrounded by restaurants and stores . It is clean and in a safe neighborhood. We have already booked our next stay to visit our son at NCSU .

Summary: My daughter and I traveled to Raleigh for a goalkeeping camp at St. Mary's which is just off the main NC State campus. This apartment is in the heart of the campus with walkable accessibility to stores and restaurants. The Property Management team exceeded communicaiton expectations throughout the multi-night stay on a variety of topics.

Summary: Description is accurate as far as as 3 bed 2 bath. More than enough space for a large group; we only had 3 individuals but could have fit 6-8 easily. Location is great. About 20 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from Dorothea Dix park (45 minute walk) and directly across the street from NC state.

Summary: The apartment we stayed at was perfect for us - it was very clean, had all the amenities as described, and everything necessary for a short or long stay. The location is very central to everything and most importantly for us, a walking distance from our family living in town! The window view is gorgeous! T & L were very quick to respond and helpful! As a recommendation for visitors, take the parking fee seriously! As the apartment has only 1 parking spot available there, I gave it to my in-laws for the whole stay and was parking elsewhere. I got a parking ticket there though in the morning of our checkout to load the car and my post-surgical husband who was walking with crutches! They gave me the ticket within 15 minutes when I was upstairs to grab my bags and husband! Please learn from my mistake! Lol Still, I highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely come back and stay there ourselves!
