Summary: The hotel is well appointed and is in a great location, in the heart of downtown Raleigh. We could easily walk to places like Morgan Street Food Hall and the Videri Chocolate Factory. The only drawback was the front desk staff. Something was wrong with the computer and check-in took a while. Bothe the front desk clerk and her manager weren’t rude but they seemed a bit hapless. We had to go back down to run the credit card one more time. Also, when I called to ask when the construction noise in a nearby room would stop, the same clerk said she didn’t know because mine was the first complaint she was receiving about it. She said she would find out and call me back, but she never did.

Summary: Great downtown location within walking distance to the convention center. We came from out of town and stayed there to attend a concert. The hotel was clean, updated and the lobby was buzzing with energy. A few other pluses include - One, we valet parked and avoided any potential traffic/parking issues during our stay. Two, while the hotel has a restaurant, there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Three, the staff was very courteous and helpful. Four, the location put us in the mix of local culture events happening in the area just outside the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy with 10/10 service. Hotel is amazing, room big and comfortable. All the amenities you could ever wish for. Great place to stay.

Summary: Could have been cleaner. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the room. They gave us new towels but that was all. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly small.
