Summary: The hotel is in terrible condition and horrible, why is it on Hotels.com. We had no hot water in our room, we had a land-line phone that wasn't connected to anything, they would answer the phone when you called, no elevator, no ac in the halls on the 2nd floor, carpets were all stained and dirty, door look rotten on the bottom, walls had patches that weren't recent and not painted, the grass was tall, continental breakfast wasn't good and the pool was green...

Summary: The room we were given seemed to have recent water damage. There was a damp moldy smell on all of the first floor. We requested a move to a different room, and got a better, not great, room. The new room still didn't smell good, but was better than the first. The bathtub was a little rusted, and carpets weren't clean. Overall, not a great experience.

Summary: The room looked like it hadn’t really been cleaned from the previous guest. The bathroom was dirty and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. It also looked like only one of the beds had been changed (the other had stains on the sheets).

Summary: The refrigerator wasnt working i mentioned it and no one showed up. The breakfast menu only consists of waffles and coffee. The staff was very inviting.
