Summary: The property itself was fine for what I was in town for. The room was decent but needs new carpet throughout the property and I don't believe the stairwell you have to use to get to the second floor was cleaned the entire week. My biggest issue is having to walk by the guys in the parking lot smoking marijuana lot every day as I walked to my room. I would not bring my family to this hotel.

Summary: This hotel is in terrible condition and appears to have extensive flood damage. Several electrical outlets and the TV in our room didn’t work, at least two security doors (access by room key) were broken, and the smell of mildew was everywhere. The room was cleaned and appeared to have newer vinyl flooring and paint, but you could see water damage on the doors and in the hallways. Hallway carpets were so filthy it was gross, and the pool was unusable. It was unclear if the A/C was working in the reception and breakfast area. The staff was friendly and professional, but the owners should be ashamed for having them work in these conditions. We were shocked to see a hotel in this state of repair with the Wyndham name.

Summary: The hotel is in terrible condition and horrible, why is it on Hotels.com. We had no hot water in our room, we had a land-line phone that wasn't connected to anything, they would answer the phone when you called, no elevator, no ac in the halls on the 2nd floor, carpets were all stained and dirty, door look rotten on the bottom, walls had patches that weren't recent and not painted, the grass was tall, continental breakfast wasn't good and the pool was green...
