Summary: Bubba, our black lab loved this beach cottage with a relaxing patio & nice fenced in yard. Within walking distance to the beach for daily runs. We loved it too - clean & cozy & not far from the town of St. Augustine. We had the best Grouper at Salt Life not far away too. It’s a 10 !

Summary: We loved the property, location, and amenities. The house was within walking distance of everything on the beach from food and drinks to the beach itself. It was perfectly suited to our little dog, especially having the fenced in yard. There was the added touch of the Ellis Philadelphia Roast coffee, which we enjoyed every morning. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed - including plenty of extra towels, pillows, blankets, and beach gear. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach, walkable to coffee and restaurants, and less than a 15 minute drive to everything we wanted to see in St Augustine. We would certainly stay again.

Summary: We had a great 4 day stay. Loved the close proximity to the beach! Restaurants were really great! We had a couple of days of rain but we made the best of it. Thanks so much for adding to our ‘get away from Wisconsin cold’ vacay!

Summary: Very clean property with all the necessities. Plenty of towels. Pots, pans even laundry deter. Cabinets were well stocked. Unfortunately it was too cold to walk to the beach. We did find some great restaurants in St Augustine. I would highly recommend this property.
