Positive: Beds and pillow were very comfortable and room was spacious enough for a quick stay.
Negative: While checking in, someone came in saying he was given a room that someone was already occupying. The front desk staff were clearly flustered trying to help us and him while also trying to answer the phone, but they weren't exactly swamped either. Otherwise check in was fine. However we got to our room and the toilet didn't work (I think the water was shut off?). Notified the front desk but maintenance wasn't going to be able to check it out until the next morning (it was really late at night so not during regular work hours). While for us we dealt with it and just wanted to go to sleep, but for others that would be extremely bad. We checked out in the morning and had no problems leaving.

Positive: Staff was very friendly and polite.
Negative: Just a few fixes here and there. My cats did kill a roach, just flushed the dead roach. Even a fresh coat of paint inside and out.

Positive: The room was okay it was fairly clean
Negative: Location was horrible I wasn't comfortable at all nervous about the iffy people hanging around the place just didn't feel safe. The bathroom door didn't close it was broke looked like someone had kicked it in. Beds were so hard it hurt literally so ofcorse we didn't sleep well and seeing as we had 10 hours of driving the next day we left more tired then we were when we got to the location. The people around the hotel were loud yelling and screaming.
