Positive: Everything! This has to be the best at being super inviting and cozy! I love the barn door accents and minimalistic environment! The red and black accenting the white kitchen, I honestly want to live there lol! We loved it and were able to cook meals which brought us closer as a family thank you!
Negative: I love it all so this box doesn’t matter here!
Summary: Gorgeous, quaint and cozy! Perfect for our little family of four!

Positive: Comfortable and quiet place to visit our family in the area. It's in the Felida area, which is also the safest part of Vancouver. We came as a family of three, and the adults slept comfortably on the pull out sofa while our daughter slept like a baby in the bedroom. The beautiful desk also served as a great place to finish up my final project for grad school, and I enjoyed more peace and less distraction than I would have at home ;) Bonus, it is also walking distance to a wonderful coffee shop!
Negative: It has a very modern and neutral aesthetic, but could use a little more color in my opinion.
Summary: The nicest place in Vancouver

Positive: The interior was aesthetically appealing and welcoming. In relation to the purpose for our trip, it’s location was perfect; close to stores, take-out food, and our family member’s home. The overall size was perfect- much nicer than a hotel!
Negative: We experienced a day with warm weather and turned on the air conditioner. The air from the unit smelled like fish; we also used the freezer for ice cream and the freezer smelled like fish. I truly believe the owners were not aware of this because you could tell everything else in the house was carefully planned out; I’m certain this would have been addressed had they known it existed.
Summary: Overall, I would recommend this place to others and I would stay here again.

Positive: Situated at the back of a residential lot, the driveway is all yours and provides off street parking. The area (south Felida) is relatively safe - I lived in Felida for almost 20 years and love that part of town for its more rural feel. The place is clean and in great condition. The kitchen is reasonably equipped, and the bed is comfortable.
Negative: The bathroom/shower is across the main living area from the bedroom and the floors are laminate - bring your slippers if you're at all prone to late night potty breaks. :) I also had a few minor repair/equipment issues, but the host is highly attentive and I would imagine those to be resolved by the time the next tenant is in the place - they were not significant impediments to my stay but are the reason I left the review short of a full 10 stars.
Summary: Clean, simply stay with a reasonable kitchen and comfortable living space.
