This is paradise! Enjoy a relaxing vacation in the heart of the Thousand Islands. Year round home located in a protected bay just minutes from Kring Pt Sate Park. New in 2006 this home has fantastic views of the St Lawrence and the main shipping channel. Large deck and 80' of protected dockage. Located between Boldt and Singer Castle. Just minutes from Alex Bay. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it sleeps 6. There is a cozy studio cabin w/ kitchenette and bath available for an additional fee, the cabin sleeps an extra 2.

Summary: We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect...clean, organized and easy to find things. The kitchen was the best stocked we have used in all of our vacations. Loved the river views and the use of the kayaks! Ate out on the deck whenever possible. The house had everything we needed and if we had a problem( we only had one) Jennifer was quick to respond. It was great to work with her and the entire process was easy. The only thing I would add to the house would be hooks on the backs of the bedroom and bathroom doors. We had a great time. Thank you!!!!

Summary: This property was great. Awesome views. We used the kayaks and had a blast. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean. Location can't be beat ! Thank you for sharing with us !

Summary: We came for a Columbus weekend retreat and were thoroughly happy with our choice! The house was beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice) and was the best stocked house I’ve ever rented! Kitchen had everything we needed, there were TONS of linens, and there was all the necessary things you’d need: hand soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc. The deck and view were amazing!!! We sat and ate breakfast each morning looking out at the water. The location was perfect- peaceful, but only 10 minutes from Alex Bay so it was very convenient to go do some wine tasting and get dinner at Riley’s by the River. We had six adults and the main house was just enough for us. It’s a small house but we were cozy together and had enough seating. We all agreed that we would like to come back in warmer weather (and for a few more days!) so we could use the gorgeous dock for fishing, swimming, and boating! We definitely recommend renting this sweet house on the water!

Summary: We had everything we needed, slept in comfy beds, enjoyed the kitchen and everything was well stocked. You could not have a better view and our time on the decks and the dock were most enjoyable. Jennifer was a delight and a very attentive host. We very much look forward to a return.

Summary: Wonderful location. Somewhat secluded yet within 20 minutes you can be in Canada! Well marked roads, real nice local hiking trail within 5 minutes. This house is so comfortable. Eat on the deck, sit by the fire, play cards at the kitchen table. Wonderful trip! Thank you

Summary: We just wrapped up a 3 night visit to this property. The owner was very responsive to questions right from the start . The house is in a great location with easy access. The view of the river is excellent with plenty of porch and dock space to enjoy it. The house offers plenty of privacy and amenities and is only 5 minutes to Alex Bay if needed. It is well kept and has an open floor plan easily accommodating 6 adults. While we didn't need it this trip, the adjacent building with 1 bedroom and bath looks great and will get used next year when we come back. Thank you for the hospitality!

Summary: Wonderful property! Beautiful decor and terrific amenities. Peaceful space with beautiful sunsets! Lots of natural light to bring in the river view to the upstairs bedroom and main floor living area.

Summary: Jennifer was readily available for a couple of questions yet there wasn't much need. Her place is neat, clean, well appointed and stocked. Very quiet neighbors and location on the river. Secluded dock so channel waves do not get to your boat. Very nice view from deck. Thanks Jennifer
