5 Bedroom House in Issue, Colonial Beach

The Riverwalk Cottage offers an Adorable, but Spacious floor plan sleeping up to 6 guests! We are Family Friendly, Pet Friendly and located in a Quiet and Relaxed Water Access Community within walking distance to a small beach area for relaxing and enjoying collecting driftwood and sea glass. The Main Public Beach is a 5 minute golf cart ride or car ride. This location is great for walking pets and riding your bike!
The home provides a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms , Master provides Queen Bed, Second bedroom provides a Queen with a separate single, Third provides a Queen and Forth provides a Twin. All that include linens with a Futon in the lower Family Room, 2 Full Baths that include a hall bath and private master bath all will include linens.
The Living space provides a Living Room area with electric fireplace, Family Room is on the lower level that provides TV area and Futon.
The Kitchen is equipped for all your dishware, glassware, a few pantry items, two coffee pot styles for the easy cups to the filter pots ! We have the convenience of glass cook top stove, toaster over, griddles and dishwasher for easy clean up!
You will enjoy the homes Porch areas, we offer two in this home ! The front enclosed sunroom will provide access to the enclosed fenced yard and the back screened porch is where you will have access to the Fire Pit, Charcoal grill, Hot Tub and enjoy games and meals at the outdoor table areas.
The Town Of Colonial Beach offers many amenities that include dining, Public Beach Swimming, fishing, bird watching, collecting driftwood, shopping and beaching all day! We are a golf cart Community where rentals are available, Kayaking rentals are also available. Bring your Beach Toys, we provide a few beach chairs, books and games!

Summary: We really enjoyed this vacation home. Plenty of space to spread out. We loved the screened porch in the back and had dinner there every night! My children really liked the hot tub. The house is very close to everything that Colonial Beach offers. I really appreciate how dog friendly the house was. Would stay here again!

Summary: Last minute we decided to getaway for the weekend. This place was available and did not disappoint!! It is in a great location. You get a water view from the front porch. Fenced in backyard for the dog. Very clean and has everything you will need. We spent the day on the beach. Found a few good spots to eat. Then relaxed in the hot tub. Hopefully we can return in the future.

Summary: We stayed at this property with friends over the New Year’s weekend - it was a very comfortable amount of space and the hot tub and fire pit were great. There is a grocery store very nearby, and we were able to get firewood from the nearby hardware store. The stove was a little tricky and parts of the house could get pretty cold, but we adjusted quickly. Thank you!

Summary: We were really pleased with RiverWalk Cottage. It is surprisingly spacious, beautiful and cozy. The house is beautifully decorated and while it has some modern touches, it also reminded us of visiting grandma's house (in a great way). The hot tub was nice and the backyard with the fire pit was truly a relaxing and fun experience. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked! I would strongly recommend this property. The proximity to the beach and town center was great too. Close access to restaurants and supermarket.

Summary: This property was so clean and inviting! We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time! Great walks along the Potomac treasure hunting for river glass and nights in the hot tub!! We highly recommend this place and will return there to stay again!
