Summary: The beautifully restored house was a delight to be in. Traditional design features were present throughout this comfortable and spacious property. I hosted family who live locally during the day and it met all our needs. The pool in cave and rooftop seating and bbq areas were excellent. Looking forward to stsying again. Thanks Naomi and Stefan.

Summary: What a wonderful stay we had in this quaint beauty village! Stefan and Naomi were SO helpful and accommodating. The charming cottage was spotless and so well appointed. This lovely little villa felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return someday. Love love love!!!!!

Summary: My Girlfriend and I have been staying in Stefan’s and Naomi’s “La Cueva” for 5 Days. We had an amazing time in this small and calm Town. Stefan was super friendly and gave us some nice recommendations. You can easily get to the beach oder La Alhambra in Granada and also get to hike in the Andalusian mountains. If you are looking for a nice House, far away from all the tourist Places you should definitely stay some nights in la Cueva.

Summary: Amazing spot; charming village; perfect host. Five stars is not enough. The longer we stayed, the longer we wanted to keep staying. We spent almost our entire trip in Spain in this place. Access to the beach, cities, and countryside make the small mountain hamlet of Guajar-Faraguit a great location. The house is beautiful, the nights are quiet. LOVE IT!!!!!

Summary: We were a group of 4 people and we enjoyed this lovely house. The owners are very helpful and made an amazing job building this house! If you go there, be sure to try the very very small bakery in the same street, best bread ever !

Summary: An initial mix up over which house we had booked was quickly resolved giving us the advantage of having time in both. They are a pair of semi-detached houses hidden behind one main entrance, built in a traditional way and well cared for and equipped, the outside space of the cave jacuzzi and rooftop terrace is shared. Guajar-Farguit is in a valley made up of 3 villages with very few tourists. Little to no English is spoken but the people are pleasant and helpful, basic supplies can be got in the local shop, eating out is limited. We had a fantastic holiday hiking locally, visiting beautiful mountain top villages and a night visit to the Generallife Garden at Alhambra ( the palace tours need booking at least two months in advance and we missed out). A car is a must and the roads good, it's not for those who don't enjoy hills.

Summary: One of the nicest and cleanest apartments I've ever booked. Stefan and Naomi remember every single detail about what their guests might need. I was there for lovely fall weather, although I think 360 out of 365 days per year are beautiful in Guajar-Faraguit. Best was the hiking, even when I was just along the small roads. What beautiful country. The rooftop terrace and pool are very special. Great small kitchen, and good wifi (if you want to just hang in and relax one evening) Thanks, y'all!!!

Summary: We spent ten days at La Estrella, and had a lovely time. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, including easy access to Grenada, the Nerja caves and local beaches, as well as nearby refreshing swimming holes. The house is filled with character, with a beautiful rooftop terrace with shade, comfortable hammocks and a cool cave jacuzzi below, which makes it an ideal place to laze away the hours between other activities. The owners were very helpful and gave us many tips about things to see in the area. We'd stay again.
